Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Wichita Falls, Texas

One of the 3 best Starbucks here! It's number 2 on my list. Granted it's in Target and of course way better environment than going to Walmart. I only go in there when we need to go to Target. But it never fails us when we get our coffee. Really good customer service and coffee that's made right. I have no gripes about it, except that it's all the way in town. That's the only down side of it. Still gets 5 stars for whenever we go there. read more

Over the past year this Starbucks has gotten worse. There are very long wait times and the past few times I went my order has been wrong, but they are so busy it is hard to get it corrected. I also asked to use my stars and I was still charged for my order. read more

Normally a Starbucks does not need a review, they're a pretty good standard wherever you go. I've been to locations all over the US, Europe and middle east. This location however, needs a revamp in how their ops is run and its evident management is clueless bc the customer loyalty to this brand is to great. Me, my simple coffee and breakfast was easy for them to crank out, no delay. But if you get a foo foo drink, forget about it. Expect a 15-20min wait as i sat and watched. If you order via the mobile app and expect to "dash in" and pick it up waiting for you, think again. Last saturday and this saturday i watched each person think they were smart to order ahead only to wait for 20min or so from when i saw them enter the building. And the drive through line was a consistent 6-10 cars deep. Add on top of that one of the employees accidently dropped a drink over the pickup counter area with drink all over the floor, counter, customers bagged food, etc, but, no problem things happen. Except..it took 5min for them to clean up the floor, didn't wipe down the counter or rebag nor customer food. Why such a long wait for a drink? You'd think the ops is run FIFO, but i can't tell you what order they were making drinks as it was random and not consistent whether a customer ordered at the counter or via the mobile app. Lots of furry yet not a lot of organization. In my ~1hr visit, 5 orders had an issue of some sort, out of i'd guess 75 drinks brought to the counter. Couldn't tell you what the defect rate should be, that seems high IMO for someone trained to follow a recipe. But hey, your options are limited in this area, so patience is a virtue if you have to have that Starbucks! read more

Hell hath frozen over as I am actually trying a starbucks shop. I've disliked the chain since I had some terrible coffee up in indiana. A friend convinced me to give them another shot, so here I am. I am surprised, and while eating a ham and swiss panini, I eat my words. Thogh I still prrfer 8th street coffee house, Starbucks here has good coffee. The barista was friendly and helpful in detrmiming what to get. The main issue I have with this location is the location. It is hard to find if you don't already know it's in Target. They have no signs toet you know their presence. I figure this could explain the lack of attention this place recieves compared to the location on the freeway. It is a good stop if you're shopping a Target, the Panimi was excellent, and the drink was flavorful. The location is about the same distance from the campus, less than a mile, so I could se myself coming back here. Still, I will check out the other location to see which is the best option. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It took 30 minutes in the drive thru for 7 cars in front of me. Terrible service and they don't make your drink until after you pull up to the window. I will never go back to this one ever again. read more

This Starbucks is one the worst I've ever been to. I went yesterday at 2:48pm and got into the drive thru. It took over 20 minutes to get a green tea with a scoop of matcha powder. The guy at the window was new and didn't know what I was asking for. There needs to be more employees, quicker training, and just all around better service. Small but friendly. After my visit to the stand alone just up the street (absolutely awful experience btw) this place was farrr better. Please do yourself a favor. If you're in a rush stop here. Myself and other folks who stopped at the OTHER STARBUCKS spent 30+minutes waiting for a simple beverage. read more

This is my favorite SB in town! So happy they figured out the staff issues! The current employees are friendly and efficient!!

Awful. You could tell the girls didn't like their jobs, one of them stopped making other people's drink to drink her own drink, the frap I ordered had way too much chocolate in it and no coffee. I would take my coffee back to get it remade but I think it would be made just as terrible. read more

In the mornings, the drive through moves way to slow. It's not uncommon to have to wait 20-30 min.

Usually great! But with the short staff it can be hard to keep orders with the right people

customer service there sucks and myself who have travelled from coast to coast i have gone to quite a few Starbucks and none with the service like this one. I suggest some more training in customer service once4 again, and don't look so in shock when a custom order gets placed. read more
