I ordered an iced matcha latte with soy milk and salted caramel cold foam. They did not blend the matcha good enough to where I was even able to enjoy it. I feel like some training must be done because there's no way it's acceptable to give paying customers a drink that's not made properly? ? Whenever I order from the Starbucks in Target, they always perfect my matcha latte and I literally never have any clumps in my drinks, so it's really disappointing to see that literally a few miles away that the quality of the drinks are completely different despite being the same company??? I did the order ahead mobile order which, is completely pointless. I arrived in the store at the time it stated it would be ready and stood there for 10 minutes as the worker made drinks for people who weren't there yet. You can't have an attitude and make the order wrong. You just can't. I order many of my orders via the app. It's easier to deal with as many times they will not enter your order in correctly. Today was an awful experience. First, we made our order while at home. This way we would time it pretty good in advance of them meeting the food available time. With this location we like to give them a little more time because they are so busy - sometimes we will order and still sit in line for 15 or more mins just to get to the speaker. This was no different. We got to the speaker, told them we had an order and they said they would see us at the window. There were a few cars in front of us - so it was about another 10 mins before we got to the window to get our food. This is where it goes downhill, we are handed our food by the staff member - out of nowhere they state: "yeah, next time when you make a mobile order, give us 10 or 15 mins before you come to pick it up." What!?! At first we were both in shock, like we ordered our stuff way in advance. Why did you feel the need to say this? Where did that come from? Then we go to taste our drinks, nothing like what we ordered - at all! It was so upsetting and unnecessary we decided it wasn't good to go back and ask for a correction to our order because it would have been an emotional response not intelligent. This is the second time we have had attitude and a few times before of the food not being what we ordered. This is the last time - we will not return and not recommend it to anyone else. read more

Made my drink order wrong 4 times, and I still left with an incorrect order. i have intense dietary restrictions and Im so glad I asked 4 times to ensure each time. if you have dietary restrictions, be weary. I went inside to place my order should've stayed in the driver lane think it was moving faster, but in the store, I noticed that the garbage was backed up and that had not been emptied. I've been a Starbucks good card holder for over 10 years. This is likely one of the worst. I ordered via the mobile app for pick up. We arrive and wait...and wait! The kid looksnups and asks if I'm waiting on an order. I say yes and give him my name. Despite the sticker the orders are wrong. Why are you having Blonde Roast as an option but never have it brewed? This cafe was dirty inside, the ceiling had stuff on it. For being the only freestanding cafe for Starbucks it's pretty lackluster. read more

This is the only Starbucks in Wilson, so it's my go-to drink spot when I'm in the area for work. The staff is friendly, the drinks are consistent, and the location is clean. It's your typical Starbucks experience. However, this location loses a star on speed. It always seems to be a longer wait then I'm used to at most Starbucks. There was once I went late--around 8:30, empty store/drive-thru and I still waited almost 10 mins. At this location, I would recommend mobile ordering if you can. I passed here traveling and after ordering I go back to the car to realize we are having car problems. Unfortunately it was 90 degrees outside and I had an infant and a toddler so I had to wait with them in the Starbucks while getting the car fixed. ASHLEY was amazing. If you enjoy Russian Roulette, then the Wilson Starbucks is the perfect location for you. Play the guessing game of whether you will or will not be able to get coffee before heading to work at a location where hours of operation are not even close to followed. Gone are the days of following posted hours, having a variety of options( or even getting Splenda. This location says items are discontinued when they run out but every other location has them or says it is a temporary situation. Visit 7 days in a week (as I use to and find they are closed 3 times, out of products 3 times, and only get what you went there wanting once a week. Co if has made it difficult for everyone, but the Wilson Starbucks has failed to adapt or even try!! Save $2 a cup and stop at McDonald's. Great fast and friendly service. ***UPDATE ALL restrooms should have changing tables AND those little seats with the strap to hold the child. I just squated and used my lap as a changing table. AND held her on my lap as I peed. LUCKILY I have a 4 year old capable of holding the little. She held her for 10 seconds while I pulled my pants up. Great service. Time after time. I've given this Starbucks chance after chance. A couple years ago, we got their coffee for our wedding. The coffee was full of grounds, we couldn't drink it. They refused to give me a refund for the part of my wedding that was ruined for my wife. Now 2 years later I've said, "I'll give them another chance. Let's hope they've gotten their act together." Yes, I'm reviewing yet another Starbucks. But for my San Francisco friends who might yawn at the thought of a review of the McDonald's of coffee, let me tell you: The arrival of decent coffee in small towns like Wilson is a godsend. Local cafes simply have not sprung up and done the job with a consistent, predictable espresso-based product. Given the choice between a burnt, weak espresso beverage at a local yokel shop or a predictable if sanitized drink, I'll go for the latter. If Starbucks can move small town tastebuds to decent coffee, soon enough palates will develop and some local will open a really nice artisinal coffee store or local chain. Or maybe Peet's will spread to the kudzu belt. Or maybe not! But for my yearly Wilson visits this shop does the trick. I can get my espresso beverage every morning and then spend the rest of the day downing as much properly brewed "sweet tea" as I possibly can ingest before I return home, back beyond the iced tea belt. This particular Starbucks is located in a new development on the outskirts of the northwest side of Wilson near a new Target (which has its own Starbucks cafe inside, but what the hell). As Starbucks go it's nice with several umbrella-ed outside tables and several big comfy chairs inside and the kind of gung ho barista staff who haven't given in to the ennui of coffee peddling just yet. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. They are always closed on days they are supposed to be open and they are always out of food or specialty drinks. Disgusting Starbucks location. Flies and bugs everywhere, stains and debris on furniture. Floor and counter surfaces dirty. This is only what is visible to the eye of the customer. This store has a wide range of issues. Some are nice here but they also have rude/inconsiderate workers as well. This is a very slow store at times, not always but I feel like this store out of each one I have been to always has problems. I hate even having to go here, hate this is the only option in Wilson. They don't care about the mobile order customers at all, have came in many times staring at my mobile order that is ready and they will ignore you for like 10 minutes until they even help you to give you what you ordered 25 minutes ago. Just wish they would get rid of the horrible associates and possibly would suggest better management or at least better training. read more

Sorry and lacking service. DO NOT order anything special because they don't have enough brain to fix. I simply wanted a drink with out whip cream and made with coconut milk... sounds simple but not. Last trip drink #1 had whip cream on it. They wanted to "scrape" it off. Uuuhhh you can't scrape off an allergy... duh. I repeated what was order... order was repeated back. Drink was handed as "made with coconut milk". With in the hour stomach plainly says drink was made with cow milk not coconut milk. Now I have a sick child. This has to be the worst store around. Customer service here is non existent. We ordered online and went in to pick up at the scheduled time. 5 minutes later we received one of our 3 drinks. After 10 more minutes, we had to ask for the other two. While waiting, one of the employees that was not working today asked them to remake her drink while other customers are still waiting for their orders. When we did finally get the other two, one was wrong and both were the wrong size. They claimed to not have any Venti cups but still charges us for Venti drinks. I won't be back. read more

You couldn't get a better location coming in to Wilson from 95 and 264 - it is extremely convenient! You'll find all the standard Starbucks offering... fantastic coffee and specialty drinks, free wifi and a drive-thru. The dining area is a little small, but that's also pretty standard.
