Food was the usual fare, drinks good. But this store has undergone a transformation with the changing of supervision and several new employees. We are local and this is not the same friendly hometown Starbucks. We were the only two in the store and our order took 15 minutes. Only three baristias and a supervisor working at a table. Several customers came in while we waited and they experienced exceptionally long waits for orders. Perhaps not all on shift should be new, blend with an experienced baristia to improve the speed of service. Hope it improves soon. read more

TLDR INCOMPETENT STAFF, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, ONLY WANT TO ARGUE I went to Starbucks drive thru at roughly 8:20 am 8/24/25. We were told they were out of cold brew but their iced coffee is the same thing basically, so they can just substitute. It's not. We placed our order and pulled up to the window. I received my Venti Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso that had more chunks than actual oat milk. When we asked the drive thru barista, they proceeded to argue with us about how the drink is made and that chunky oat milk is to be expected. This is disgusting behavior. AVOID THIS STARBUCKS AT ALL COSTS. JUST A WASTE OF MONEY. read more

We dropped by here to do some work, and I have to admit I am quite impressed with this location. It's not as big as other Starbucks location but it's nice and cozy with a clean bathroom. One of the associates checked on each guests and asked if there's anything we need. There was a couple of ladies sitting behind me, and one of the ladies asked for a specific drink. This associate went back to ring the customer up, collected the money, and brought the change and drink to the customer when it was ready. For a second there, I almost forgot that we were at a Starbucks. They are lucky to have such a friendly associate working there. It definitely makes a difference to see an associate that's willing to go above and behind in the middle of no where Starbucks. read more

Staff were super nice and eager to help out (I was there Jan 2nd, 2023 from 4:30pm--6pm)! I haven't been to a Starbucks for a while, so they were very helpful when I was shyly eyeing the menu to figure out what I wanted to order. I let them do thier thing after I told them I liked super sweet iced coffees. They made me a white chocolate latte with caramel syrup and it was exactly what I was looking for! The location itself was tucked back in a building and the space was actually pretty long (which was interesting). Kinda felt like a nice little cubby. The atmosphere was pretty chill since not many people came and went while I was there. The music was a little loud for my chosen activity of reading, but other than that, it was a nice visiting experience. Definitely looking forward to going back again! read more

Was in this morning. The pikes place sucked. It was twice as strong as usual. Was like drinking battery acid. Took 2 sips and tossed it. On a side note. It was 7:30 am...maybe. Two consecutive days and was told shortly after opening they were out of Cold Brew Nitro and couldn't make the drink my daughter requested. I guess we surprised them by asking for coffee so early in the morning. When Dutch Bros opens next door, they're gonna have some serious work to do if they want to remain open. Fantastic location. This team was so much fun, and provide an extremely enjoyable experience for the customer! One of my favorite Starbucks experiences in a long time. Just wrote a review on Google as well, which I'll repeat here: Elizabeth went above and beyond to EXCEED my expectations. I was driving from Seattle to Portland and stopped here on my way down. I ordered a Blonde Roast, not realizing that it was no longer brewing. I said Pike was fine, but Elizabeth INSISTED that they do a pour-over to get me the exact coffee I wanted. She did all this with a smile and amazing energy. Just because of her, I made a point to return 2 days later on my return trip. Elizabeth wasn't there, but all the other partners were fantastic as well... so fun, happy, made great conversation, and full of energy! 12 minutes in a drive through with only 4 cars is ridiculous. Then when I got to the window they didn't have the order ready. Just coffee & a biscuit. Had to wait for it to be warmed. Like this every time. Lesson learned. They do not care about customer service. read more

This location is super convenient, sure, but I'm also pretty sure that Starbucks prides itself on legendary customer service... And unfortunately, the service here fell short. I came in because I was starting to get drowsy driving from Seattle to Portland. (Yes, I do realize how close I was to Portland... but I didn't want to risk anything and slapping myself in the face just wasn't cutting it.) I was the only customer in the store. There were two "partners" having a chat at a table and someone manning the drive-through. I waited a few minutes to be acknowledged (after standing RIGHT at the register) and ordered my iced coconut white chocolate mocha. No apology for having to wait. The girl that made my drink was very pleasant, though. I love Starbucks, but for this location, I'd suggest sticking to the drive through and then stretching in the parking lot after you get your coffee. read more

Is this really a Starbucks?! The customer service needs some work. I walked up and there were two employees at the registers and no one in line. I wasn't even acknowledged! Once they finally looked at me, they didn't even offer a greeting. When I picked up my drink, the barista didn't look up or give me the usual, "Thanks, have a good day." I'm not the biggest fan of coffee, and tend to stay away from it due to some stomach issues. Back when I did drink their Frappuccino's though, they'd ALWAYS mess up my order. Recently, I found that I really liked their Strawberry Acai beverage, and would go to the Safeway starbucks and have them make them for me. The one time I went to this starbucks, guess what? They SOMEHOW messed up my order. The drink tasted watered down, even though I asked for light ice (they gave me like three icecubes too, I feel like that's too little...) anyways, go into the Safeway starbucks if you have time. Very easy off and on freeway, particularly if you are heading southbound. Everything else is typical Starbucks. Small outdoor seating area where one can enjoy the roar of I-5 a mere 500 ft away. There is a drive-through at this location. read more

We usually get pretty good service at this Starbucks but today was the exception. The Barnsta was obviously overwhelmed. She did not understand how the Starbucks app worked and we came there today specifically to get the special that the app offered on "if you purchased $15 of product you would get 50 stars." We asked her what we were supposed to do on the app to get the deal and she was obviously rushed and rudely told us she did not know how it worked, but would ask someone in the back. She spun around and stomped off to the back where she pretended to talk to someone and then came back out and told us she didn't know. So we ended up spending the $15 that we would not have normally spent for nothing. She proceeded to make us three drinks with 2 of them not being what we ordered. It was very frustrating to spend more money than we would normally spend to get nothing and to receive the horrible service. Such a bummer. If I would have received my 50 stars, I probably could have overlooked the horrible service. read more

We ordered 3 drinks and waited 15 minutes to be told that 2 out of 3 drinks were made incorrectly and that they were going to give them to us and remake them but one of the baristas had a temper because we took one of the drinks and she didnt see a point of making another one. We politely said that we would be fine with the drinks we got and apologized for the inconvenience and when we drove off the same female barista yelled put the window that they were still making the drink after waiting another 5.5 minutes. The cashier at the time was named Gideon and he was very nice and treated us very kindly and apologized for something that he didn't do and he asked the baristas if the drink were correct and they weren't. Gideon did an amazing job serving us and he is a very sweet person. read more

Really fantastic bathroom situation here! The rooms are right by the door, so you don't have to even pretend like you're going to buy something to use them. Review would be 5 stars, but it was of only above-average cleanliness. (Paper towels on the floor, nothing too bad.) Great job, Starbucks! And the most egregious part of this whole bathroom experience is that it was used by employee Calvin right before me. She is inexplicably leaving the register every time she takes an order instead of just conveying the order and helping the next customer. By the time I get to the register I'm out of patience. They sell canned refreshers for over $3 a can???!!! Really I about lost it when she told me the price. I can get one by the van mall for $1.80 or at winco for $1.58 a can!! Why is the price so jacked up at your location? Even the barista told me she buys them else where cause it's so expensive. Even with her employee discount she can't get them that cheap as winco or a mini mart. I only gave two stars and those were for the barista although she was kinda rude at first when I asked why it was so much. read more

Overall 3 stars. Been above average until recent. Downward decline as of a few weeks ago. The last several visits have been dismal at best. I hope they step up their game a bit. My husband is retired....his daily enjoyment was to go to Starbucks, in Woodland...get his drink, then drive around the frontage road by the river. The girls were always friendly...knew his order, when he opened his mouth at the speaker.....he had gone there for years.....if there was mistake, he could always tell them the next day and they would give him....for free the correct drink...."double tall hazelnut latte, extra hot"....he never drank anything else....so it was not like he drank the wrong drink and decided to get a free one the next day.....of course he always give a tip. The last time he went thru the drive-thru at Woodland.....told them about the wrong drink the day before......they told him...."you should have brought it right back"......like he was lying to them....he is 74 years old .....a Retired Portland Sherriff's officer....really.... come on.....Before he would even takes drink he is out by Wal-Mart...heading for his ride.......He was so offended by their attitude....he has never gone back...............he gets out of his car....goes into Starbuck at Safeway in Woodland.......they are very friendly....... Someone mentioned "time of day could make a difference in service"........their customers are their paycheck.......... he was usually in there between 1-2 in the afternoon...........not exactly the busy part of the day....................NO they were not new employees at the Starbucks store....same people .... so after all those years...they should have known him Shame on them..................I wanted to go express my opinion on their actions.............I believe is praise if an employee does well...........or to let them know where their paychecks come from, if they don't. ...........he told me to "never mind.....he would not be going back"......Do they really, really realize how much a Latte like that everyday costs ..............plus their tip.............so sad! read more
