They are alway so friendly here. There is usually not a line or maybe 1 or 2 cars waiting. It's quick and convenient. They always help me make my drink exactly how I want it. I love that they have kids sizes that are actually appropriate for kids. It is just the right amount. The prices and the sizes are better than Starbucks too. Your dollar goes a lot further here! First experience here at a Dutch brothers and we definitely chose the right one! Awesome service from the nice girl who came to our window in the drive thru to take our order. Since we were first timers, I didn't even know the difference between a frost and a freeze. She explained that a freeze is just a frost WITH the coffee in it. Well then, I'm definitely getting a freeze! Since it's fall, she suggested the pumpkin freeze so we went with that. AND they have almond milk so we got our freeze with that and it was so good!!! Best pumpkin coffee drink I've had so far!! When we picked up our drink at the menu, the guy at that window was so friendly! I have literally never waited so long for any drive through service in my life and I am 50 years old. And once you get into the line and realize they are taken 5-10 minutes per car and there are 10 cars in front of you, guess what, the way the line is set up you can't get out of it. So you are stuck. So thanks for us wasting 45 minutes in a line. Why on earth can't you take people's orders and have them at least pull through so people aren't trapped in a line for 45 minutes. read more

My drinks have always been amazing at this location and so has the customer service. They do have a zipper line that opens when things are super busy (so things don't go into the road) and unfortunately some people are rude and like to cut instead of using the zipper the way it was intended but that is no fault to the employees who have no control over the rudeness and pettiness of others. Just went there and had the worst Dutch experience ever. My boyfriend and I went to get some gift cards and a drink and the women who took our order was f-ing rude. I mixed up the flavor name of my drink and she looked at me and started talking to me very rudely. I apologized and said I had mixed up the names and she just stared me down and had a smug look. She was so rude even my boyfriend said she was a B when we started to drive away, and my boyfriend never says stuff like that. The drink was good but she was so rude I would never go back. I worked at Dutch for 4 years at multiple franchises and I've never seen anyone talk or act like that to a customer. :( read more

I love that they always remember my drink and are so friendly! I have been to other Dutch where the people seem to act like I am interrupting something. My drink is always spot on here! They work hard to get you through the line as fast as possible but they always have time to ask how are you or what are you up to. read more

Good coffee and great variety, although they seem to rely heavily on sugar and flavors to make their coffee taste good. Decent prices. They have a loyalty program punch card where you get a free coffee after buying 10 coffees. I wish they had a better offering for regulars that I've seen at other coffee shops to, for example, fill a mug with coffee for less than a dollar. Great, friendly, and enthusiastic service. Talking with their employees is always a pick-me-up in the morning. We haven't had any issues with long waits except during peak hours in the morning. Their drive-thru is well-designed to allow for two lanes of cars to be serviced simultaneously. We don't go out for coffee much anymore, but Dutch Bros is our top choice when we do. read more

Almost 5 dollars for pretty much half a cup of beverage (without the ice)???! I was ROBBED. The amount of beverage put in this cup is ridiculous. It's getting too expensive for y'all to only be putting this little. (You can tell that I didn't drink any bc of the fogginess on the outside of the cup it only shows a little because it's not placed on the flattest surface.) Told the lady I would like to pay for 2 drinks on one card and the rest on another card . After everything was done she did all the drinks on one card. With that being said now I dont have enough money for my drinks for the rest of the week because she missed up . After she said what two drinks would u like to be charged on my card.
