It turned out to be 100* that day and by the time making my way through drive-thru my phone had a melt down and the app was not working. I pulled around and went inside to take of payment and it took a bit to get it all rebooted. When I finally got it working and went to make payment the employee (who seemed to the be the shift lead) told me "don't worry I got you..." I was surprised and was like its working now. "don't worry, just enjoy it and safe drive." I often talk about small business loyalty and this does hold true for corporate bands. I have a specific Starbucks I use at home and I've always been very happy with the friendliness of all Starbucks staff no matter the location and the quality of selected drinks.
