This place is trash. Ordered a hot coffee using the app, went to the store and waited 10 minutes to find out coffee never started. Every person in the store got their drinks and food and left while I stood there waiting for a hot coffee with cream. So disappointed read more

TLDR: such a great location! I rarely review Starbucks or any large chains because I think for the most part they're typically consistent. However, I think this Starbucks was exceptional in service, cleanliness and efficiency and I think it deserves a 5-star review. The cashier was so kind and entered my order as I was speaking to my partner about it - I was so shocked when I came up and told me the total without actually telling her my order! In the world of Starbucks, this one is stellar. There are a few closer Starbucks to where I live, but I like to come here whenever possible. The interior modern, open, and spacious in a refurbed industrial building. And every time I come here I curse the fact that I'm not a regular because this staff really loves their regulars and gives cheerful hellos with their name and call outs like "want the regular?" To be clear, they are plenty kind to us non-regulars, but I have dreams of a Cheers-Norm! situation. Aaaanyway, it's a Starbucks. But a darn cheerful one. And also? This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Please do yourself a favor and go to cross county if you can. Firstly the cashier did not tell me my total and he wasn't pleasant..all four drinks we ordered were terrible. The chocolate cookie crumble tasted like water as well as the white mocha. The white hot chocolate tasted like warm milk....and my white mocha was given to me with whipped cream when I didn't ask for it. The barista then being a smart ass tells me next time tell them no whip. At cross county they are more attentive and the drinks actually have flavor...and if they get it wrong they're more than happy to correct it. Terrible location read more

I don't even know how many times I've been here...way more than any other Starbucks location for sure. I've stopped in several times a week, every week since they opened. The staff here is amazing - super friendly and always putting out quality drinks, even at the height of the morning rush. My favorite thing about this location is that they have a book on the counter that the staff has hand written their personal drink recipes in. I've tried a few, and they've all been VERY good. I even have a couple saved to my phone so I can request them at other Starbucks locations! Check it out next time you are in, it's pretty cool. read more

I was never really a big Starbucks fan until recently. I've started to come to this location because it's close by, easy to get to, great parking availability and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. By far, one of the nicest interiors of all of the Starbucks I have been in. Modern, spacious and new, this location is very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. Had to wait for a fresh pot to be brewed, but I would rather wait for a fresh cup than drink one that has been sitting around for a while. Seem very nice but skimp on their products and have no idea what they are doing. Ordered a venti iced Americano with 2 pumps white mocha. I order this drink ALL the time. I received it not only separated but with a careless toss of half a scoop of ice on top. Not to mention the cup was covered in coffee and syrup. And they don't fill the cup. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks location, HANDS DOWN! Besides the Ridge Hill location, this is another location very close to my house. All the times I've been here, the staff and quality of drinks is nothing but amazing! They also have the workers create their own drinks and also have special drinks that aren't at other Starbucks locations yet. I had one of the special drinks which was a fruity Frappuccino and it was awesome. The space is also very clean and organized. I enjoy all the workers, but my favorite is Mary. She's always super bubbly, kind, and very informative on ALL the products, and this is coming from an introvert. Whenever you're in the Northwest Yonkers area, come by this Starbucks. It's home at the Boyce Thompson Center couldn't have been a better location! read more

The location is amazing! This starbucks is huge compared to others I have been to and they carry lots of inventory in regards to bakery items, mugs, tumblers, and gift cards. The staff here is always so nice and helpful. The place is always clean, which is awesome because they are always so busy! I was excited to finally have a Starbucks nearby but I now avoid this place at all costs and go to a Starbucks over 5 miles away. On two separate occasions I ordered my drinks and they completely forgot to prepare it because the employees are way to busy goofing off and having fun with each other. I normally wouldn't mind employees having a little fun at work, but when I have to get their attention to make my drink because they forgot all about it and not even offer an apology, I have no patience. i found this bucks by chance as i had time to waste as i was babysitting two french family friends who wanted to visit the empire city casino and i knew that i could dump these two euro clowns for a few hours and have some sadri time .nice new starbucks as it looks modern and clean with strong free wifi and outlets all around to power up . a few tables and chairs to the side and some counter seating near front . a nice full display of sweets , bagels , sandwiches and more plus the full scale drink selections that are made by two barista folks . i figured a decaff cappy and lemon iced pound cake at 11.30 am seemed the right call on my part and i was content . as time goes on and more folks find about this yonkers location it will be harder to grab an available seat . a return visit soon when i am in the area . read more

Starbucks should bring back fresh fruit cups. I stumbled upon this Starbucks this past Monday and could not believe the cleanliness of the store. The store was impeccable and I was instantly greeted by a barista named Arielle who took my order. She was extremely helpful with helping me choose a drink and asked me what I usually get. Afterward while waiting for my drink she asked me how my day was going and we conversed for maybe 5 minutes.
