Up until recently this is one of my favorite Starbucks but unfortunately they have add milk to my my soy Latte twice. Luckily I caught it the first time and they remade it for me. I didn't notice the label till I am home the 2nd time. Milk would have cause some serious stomach issues for me so this Important. I realize this is probably a training issue. This crew works so hard to pump these coffees out. One 9/30/23 morning there was only 3 ladies working all stations so it took a little longer to get my order. It's crazy that I literally just asked for a drink to be blended(ice, drink, everything) and instead they tried to change my order and not only that when I finally did get the order they just ring it in and didn't do anything I asked and just gave me a regular one. Rude and inconsiderate very disappointed used to be my favorite location. To be judged and forced to try a drink In front of them due to another locations mistake was beyond unprofessional. on top of me already being late that day, to other things i had to be at. The time i waste from ordering at these locations are ridiculous and the gas and drinks i pay extra for are not worth it. I took a break just to come back and give them a chance to see they are all unprofessional! How come i never have issues at the marysville location or a dutch bros. Dutch bris actually have longer lines and more variety yet they are kind and are chill peaceful. Even at any other drive thru, but i do here and all star buck locations in yuba. This is our go to store the 5 stars is for the AM Saturday staff. As with most establishments the place is calm and clean. WiFi has not been taken up by the intranet whores streaming videos and games. Funny when on occasion the staff comes in with a squirrel in their pockets and full of energy and enthusiasm. The look from the not a morning am I and let me drive A fork into that balloon. Priceless! So my 5 to them and my fresh coffee. Yelp on Well at times it seems I have reached n impasse as the last few stops, yes have not checked in but coffee has been warm at best and even other flavors...blonde, dark roast. I always hope to come to this Starbucks to get my drink made right. My several recent experiences have officially made my mind to declare this is the worst location in Yuba city (even after their lovely remodel) it's a shit show, I understand no one wants to work but it's a coffee company with certain mission and values if you don't think you can apply them in the environment then find another company. This location lacks a true leader or leaders (especially after their peak times) any time I come in everyone always looks lost, their body language comes off as very judgmental, and they will pretend like you're not even there. In the picture is a 2nd REMAKE of a "nitro salted caramel cream cold foam cold brew", my go to drink that was handed to me like this in the drive thru i questioned it but didn't want to hold up the line so I went inside and politely asked for a remake and the employee looked at me like I was stupid, asked someone else to remake it and they stood next to each other and said "he asked for a remake but theres nothing wrong with it" after I told her what was wrong with it... you are behind a bar not a wall so you baristas speak louder than you think. The drink I got Remade looked exactly like the drink that they handed me in the 1st place. I watched the barista handle and make it I'm pretty sure a grande doesn't need 4 packets of salt in the foam... also if you want your drink stirred so that the syrup isn't sitting at the bottom, don't bother asking, they will still hand it to you with all the pumps at bottom even though the word "stirred" on the sticker... read more

Typically I wouldn't waste my time writing a review about a chain store but damn this store is like dating a bipolar woman, you never know what the hell you are going to get. Everything will be great a couple of times then I will get a cup of coffee that tastes like it was spilled on the floor, mopped up, and put in a cup. I age ten years every time I get stuck in their drive through, the coffee I got today was lukewarm and a couple days ago I was given a cup that looked like it had been pulled out of the trash and reused. I love this Starbucks. They are always, hands down, best customer service. I am a regular there, I usually mobile order my drink. This Starbucks is always busy. I'm in the service industry, and they always have their operation tight. Hands down the busiest Starbucks in the area. So I get there today and I don't see my drink ready... no big deal, I get they have lines like crazy. The manager/ shift lead, after dealing with another situation for several minutes and killing it acknowledges me. So professional and accommodating, he asked what I was waiting on. I told him my order and they didn't have the order at all. I was in a rush, I knew it was my fault they didn't have my order. Either I picked the wrong location or didnt complete the order. He literally stopped what he was doing to make my drink. He was so kind and gracious. I do go in there 3-4 times a week so they know me, but he made me a priority and made my drink no questions asked. Sure enough when I got to my vehicle and checked my app. I didn't send the order through. I told him if he saw my order come through to know it's a "no make". He went above and beyond his job duties by taking care of me. Thank you for caring and being the example of great customer relations. Every time I go through here, they are either out of the food I want or they mess up my drink order by omitting an ingredient. Tonights was a caramel mocha with both caramel syrup and caramel drizzle. Since it was piping hot, I didn't sample it until I was up the road, and come to find out - NO CARAMEL. I hate to write a bad review about a company I used to work for but here it goes. I'm pretty much over patronizing a place where the employees treat the customers like their inconvienencing them by simply being a customer. I get that sometimes the job of a barista can be a thankless one, but when I pull up to the window to pay it would be nice to hear at least a, "Hi, how are you" before spouting off the price of my drink and closing the drive through window in my face. Also, when you are finally ready to take my payment it would be nice if you didn't just open the window up (after I have patiently been waiting) and just stare at me like you can't be bothered.
