If I drive up and the menu states "protein golden eagle" with the price of (see photos) Then why am I being charged an extra dollar for protein when it should already be included? If you need your caffeine fix. Dutch Bros is the answer you guys. The staff are super friendly and will even recommend you a drink that you "may" like depending on the mood on what you feel like to drink for starters. The line moves quite fast depending the time of day if it isn't rush hour during Mon-Fri first thing in the AM, lunch (12pm-1pm), or after work between 4pm-6pm. Between those times, you may or may be lucky if there's any lines at all. Other than that, the staff are awesome and friendly especially the drive thru person. They all seem like they want to start a convo with you when all you want is to pay for your drink, get to your phone and watch Tik ToK as your drink gets handed to you. And not the other way around from paying drink, and conversing with the cashier about how my day is or plan on doing after grabbing my drink. Lol. Super easy to find cause its right on Colusa Ave. Pulled up and there was 4 car in front of us and 2 of there brosita came out to take our order so it would go faster. I think this location has become better over the last few years. Less of a wait time at the drive thru compared to their counterpart in Marysville. The rude staff I experienced here before have probably rotated because they are all really friendly now, and the drinks are consistently good. I am closer to the Marysville location but prefer to drive further to this location because they are way better, quick and friendly. Avoid the Marysville location like the plague. read more

Amazing and always kind, unlike starbucks you have more options and the staff can make a drink especially working with long lines and more variety and a complex menu. It was one of the hottest days I have experienced in this place, and my lady and I were looking for something cold to drink that was also tasty and at a good price. We also needed something to keep us up as we had more errands to run, and I had a lot more school work to finish. She and I had had bad experiences with the Starbucks down the street from this establishment in Marysville, and it was too hot to feel disappointment. I mentioned to her that we should try Dutch Bros because I could only ever find it in the Central Valley (Fresno) and they never disappoint. We went over the bridge to Yuba City, and found ourselves in a long drive through line. The service was amazing, the music was bumpin', and the vibes were chill. I LOVE Dutch Bros and really hate to leave this review. I would prefer DBs any day over Starbucks, however, when I'm in a Yuba City I don't have much of a choice anymore because the line is always insane!!! I get that they can't control the amount of customers or anything... but they CAN be more efficient with their staff, which I think they are lacking. The line is in the street pretty much constantly, which is at least a 30 minute wait- IF you are lucky. But even if it isn't in the street, the wait is still insane... compared to every other location I frequently go to (multiple in Sac and Roseville). I would think some of this could be curbed by opening the window back up. I'm currently sitting in the drive thru, ONLY because I promised my 7 year old her birthday drink, and I've already been here for 20 minutes with still being 7 cars from the window. I don't know what it is exactly that needs to be done, but I'm sure there is something they could figure out to fix the crazy wait time. And it's not new- it's been like this for a year. They have lost myself as pretty much a daily customer and my husband as a costumer a few days a week for this last year over this. That's my only complaint but it's a big one. Everything else is great, but the line and the time period it has been ongoing for is reason enough to unfortunately only give 2 stars. read more

So tired of seeing employees here smoking. I bring my kids here and it's just so unprofessional, and most people i see working are very young, which makes this even worse. i've seen them near cars, smoking in the parking lot or across the street in groups. Off the clock is one thing, but to see you then walk back into your place of work? It's sad. The attitude used to be great from everyone here! Ever since the new marysville ca location opened the yuba city one has been awful. The new hires are not friendly and the wait is always 30 minutes or more.
