Starbucks is always my go to road trip stop for a quick bite to eat. I stopped here on a Sunday to grab lunch as I passed through Yuma and to my surprise they do not serve bistro boxes or sandwiches on Sundays. Super disappointed. I didn't have the most complicated order or anything so I can't really boast about getting a latte, but I did experience THE BEST customer service I've found in a Starbuck's, or any other coffee shop, to date. I walked in and was immediately greeted, asked about my day, what was going on, so on and so forth. They really took an interest and asked logical follow-up questions, not just the generic stuff you'd pull out of a handbook. Great people, great attitudes. I wish I could have stayed longer. If I ever find myself driving through Yuma again, this is most definitely one of my pit stops and caffeine fill-up stations along the way! read more

Going to specifically blast the girl in the morning who was " Customer Support" ( Yes I work at a drive thru Starbucks also) for the worst customer service ever. I asked this girl to fill up my hydro flask with water at the register and she placed the drink sticker on my personal cup. ( You're not suppose to do that....). Waited for my water for about 15 minutes. Asked the girl where it was and surprisingly enough they had forgotten about my hydro flask , it was hiding between the white mocha/ mocha pump and behind the 2% and nonfat milks that were out on the bar and needed to be stocked in the fridges. She asked me if " I needed the bottle right now" with a rude tone. As she was handing it to me, I told her that the bottle is empty and I need WATER inside of it and she just rolled her eyes in front of me! Trust me I work the same job as YOU. It's not hard to fill up water in someone's cup and DO YOUR JOB. As a partner I'm very shocked with how I was treated and even watched her claw off the ordering sticker from my bottle. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to! Ordering your drinks was fast and easy. Getting and waiting for your drinks is horrible!!! Messy and rushing like if they work at bar. They do not pay attention to what the tag says on your cup! You ask for an iced coffee you get a hot coffee! Drinks taste bleh! Ordered the peppermint mocha and you barely taste the peppermint?!? Avoid this location if possible, out of all the recent Starbucks locations visited in Yuma, this is far the slowest in drive thru completion time. I was waiting 15-20 minutes to get a Trenta iced coffee and a Grande Caramel Frap with one extra shot of espresso. Simple order in my opinion, but this still took 15-20 minutes. Please note this is not a one time exception, this is all the time I have visited this place. The only reason I frequent this location is because of the short distance to my home. There are other locations where there is more traffic (24th & Avenue B location- Kudos to them), yet that location can complete their orders in a more timely manner from my experience where I am in & out! read more

I am very happy that this store is a drive thru! Every morning I get my coffee from here and the service is wonderful. I kept getting upset stomach from here when I would get my coffee and what would you know they make my drink with whole milk. Stupid me never bothered to ask so this morning I asked and I got almond milk put in it!! Thank you guys! read more

The manager is always so nice, after my daughters dental stopped by to her a smoothie before school. Well they're not on the menu anymore, but the manger whipped her up something else. (Very accommodating) could be cleaned more often but the service has been great. read more

I usually go to this Starbucks for a evening boost, but the other night I went in and had the worst experience. I first walked in and there was about 5 people working and not one person acknowledged me, they all had their headsets on and were talking among themselves. I stand in front of the register, while they just walk by and not even look at me. Finally someone comes and rings me up, but she had the worst attitude. Like trying to rush me to order, wouldn't let me finish my sentences. I'm making accusations but kind of seemed a little bit on drugs. When I was trying to get my my money out to pay she walked away and was talking to the person making drinks and singing obnoxiously, and I was left waiting to give her my money. Finally I go down to wait for my drink, and I ask the guy who is making my drink who the manager was and he tells me the lady who rung me was the manager! I'm so disappointed that someone who has a title of a manager would treat a customer so poorly. I went to the drive thru and ordered a cafe mocha-cold, with non-fat milk. I got it with no whip. I asked the girl why there was no whip cream. Her reply was" If you order with non-fat milk that means you're trying to lose weight so that's why there is no whip" Excuse me just because someone prefers non fat milk does not mean they are trying to lose weight. That was such an ignorant answer. This is poor customer service and quite frankly an idiotic answer also. All the other Starbucks in Yuma will ask if you would like whip cream or not. I don't see a problem with that. This girl needs to be trained in customer service. The fact that she insisted to argue about it just goes to show the kind of service that is given. This is the worst Starbucks in Yuma. All the other 3 give 200% better service than this one and are very accommodating. If the customer is paying than shouldn't they get what they pay for. I would never go back there. This wasn't my first bad experience. The last time I ordered a drink, the gal made the wrong one because she wasn't paying attention. She was too busy chatting with someone and wasn't focusing on her order. This kind of service is not worth waiting for. Shame on the workers there that can't give good service.
