He was impossible to work with, I would ask him for months and months to do simple fixes and he wouldn't do it. He would tell me I needed a more professional website, when I asked him what he meant and examples, he would say well, I'm not sure let me look at your site and then he would never give me any examples. Once he gave me examples of dentists and law firm sites he had done which had no correlation at all to my site. I gave him written notice in an email that I had paid my last hosting fee and would no longer be using him. A few months later I got a bill for a Word Press plug in from his Freshbooks account. I emailed him and asked nicely about it and he said to ignore it. Then it happened again a month or so later. Again I messaged him and he said to ignore it. Well today I got back from a trip and checked my email and found Brian had charged a card that was on file with his Freshbooks account for $50 for a Word Press function renewal! I sent him a pretty nasty email demanding my $50 be refunded. He told me NO he won't refund it because I never told him I wasn't still using Word Press! I sent him a copy of the original email telling him I would no longer be using his services or hosting and if he didn't refund my money I would take him to small claims court just for the principle of it all. He is a complete joke and anyone who does business with him will regret it!

They said for 12 months I would be paying $1000 but my website would be ready after 6 weeks. My website still wasn't done after 6 months. After 6 weeks, I started building my pages on Chatgpt and sending it to them and they did put up some of them but changes were not done when asked. They kept sending the "marketing manager" to call when I threatened them. It did not give traffic to my website. This company is a scam. After paying them for 6months, I paid another company thousands of dollars to build out a new website for me. I told them that I no longer wanted to do business with them and their response was that I was being irrational. It was another 3 months before they realized that we were no longer using their platform and my credit card wasn't working for them. They have written and threatened me many times saying that they were going to call all of my vendors and tell them not to do business with me. I laughed at them, what a joke! My other vendors deliver what's promised and get paid. I asked for a copy of the ratified contract because I never received a copy and they ignored that request. I just received notice of a claim on my credit report for a different amount from what they said I owed them (for the 3 months that they did NOOOOOOO work and didn't notice that we weren't working with them anymore even though I told them). This company is a scam. AI will tell you that the only good reviews come from their own website but not 3rd party review sites. Do not trust this company.

But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.
