When I showed them pictures that they were wrong they still complained. They showed up a week late full of excuses. They borrowed diesel and shovels from me. They finally poured and I was out of town. They poured a pad/sidewalk wrong and said I never told them about that, even though I have proof. They messed up the footings which cracked immediately. They poured uneven control joints. They left overflow and fill all over them said it was already there. They left duct tape on my windows and siding. The duct tape took off paint and left residue on my windows. They begged to get paid when I was gone. I paid them. I said it trust you will return and make things right. They asked me for double to come back and denied doing anything wrong. I will see them in court. Stay very far away.

They were highly professional and had great responsiveness. They didn't do the project to my satisfaction initially, but came back without any issues and did an amazing job.
