I hate to say this but the yard don't look any better. I didn't see any grass from the aeration i did with these guys. I was watering them everyday lol but i don't want to blame all that on them. The reason i am dropping the 2 stars is they are not responding now. We wanted to work with them for yard treatment on yearly basis but seems like he is already making big bucks on the industrial contracts. Yard maintenance is not s one time job and the client definitely expects to work with you again and these guys need to work on organization and service. They have huge potential here in Queen city, i hope they can stand up to it. For now i don't suggest them if you looking for someone for repetitive yard work but definitely try if thats a one time job since they have reasonable prices for which i gave them couple of stars. read more

This company responded quickly to my inquiry and even came out to provide a reasonable quote the SAME DAY; however, they NEVER showed up as PROMISED to do the work. Money wasn't an issue, nor was our rapport/communication - as he was very pleasant in person and over the phone. I spoke with Edgar (Owner) the day before and even called the day of @ 2pm to confirm if they were still coming, and he confirmed and told me he would call to check where his guys were and call me back - he NEVER called back, nor answered my calls thereafter....which left me having to find someone else at the last minute on GOOD FRIDAY to simply cut the grass. I did receive an apology text around 10:30pm asking me to reschedule, however, the TRUST in their ability to do good work was broken, so NO THANK YOU!!! He had me sold in the beginning on the response time, professional expertise and price; however, the lack of professionalism and disregard afterwards was very disappointing - we could have hired another company LAST WEEK, but thought we could TRUST his word/promise to do the work a "week later". Unforeseen events happens all the time, but atleast COMMUNICATE to let your clients/potential clients know what's going on and HONOR YOUR WORD(S). I have to echo what a previous post stated in that Edgar was nice and responded right away, and cut my lawn twice when he said he would. However, the second cut missed part of my yard. Then it moved to no show/no call, several texts he didn't respond to and then we finally connected on a call. He stated that he was sorry but the big commercial job that he had was more important. I can't comment on the work because they never showed for an appointment and never called to say they weren't coming. I can understand being busy. A simple phone call would have made all the difference. But just not showing up and then expecting me to reschedule is not acceptable. Communications is a very important skill set for a good contractor. If I can't count on them right from the beginning I certainly won't take the risk of entering into a contract with them. read more

They did an EXCELLENT job on my lawn and gutter clean out. However..... they left before the last 1/4 of the job not completed. I don't know if they would have returned or not had I not threatened them with a bad review. They. DID COME BACK, but had I not recontacted them... I don't know. Also in arriving hours later, they finished the job beautifully! They seemed SO PLEASANT, hard working, and excellent attention to detail. Again, don't know if they would have if I had not threatened them. I made the HUGE MISTAKE OF PAYING THEM BEFORE JOB WAS Completed, as I thought when they knocked in door, meant they were done until I walked round property and saw my gutters still filled with leaves which should have been the first thing they did!!? I would love to try them again if they would come back. We shall see. Only head man spike English, but this caused no trouble. Just POSSIBLY a miscommunication when he told me something about feeding his guts and getting a ladder. These two things may have meant they were going to take a lunch break and get a ladder for the gutters, which he should have brought with them. He could have forgotten the price quoted include my few small gutters again, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt! He was so nice and I really love supporting small businesses who need the work over ridiculously expensive big companies!!!! In future, I will contact them for Spring clean yo! If they will have me? I even tipped in tip of price! Before they left the first time! Stupid me. Of course they would have returned if u had not paid them too soon. read more
