This is the most important part to me, they go above and beyond for me and for those I care about. I moved my mother to Florence a few years ago to help her through some elder-care issues. I've been covered by Betsy for over 10 years now, and I was adamant that we move Mama's coverage to her, too. We did, and the level of care Betsy and her staff show is something I very seldom experience in the modern, all-online impersonal era we're in now. Betsy notified me just today that Mama had "paid" something I took care of a few weeks ago. She's going to mail the check back to me. Betsy provides a gentle reminder of what's needed and when as we go through the changes and challenges presented as Mama moves into the next stage of her life. It's huge to know that you have someone looking over your shoulder while you're looking over the shoulder of someone you love. I told her the type of vehicle I was looking to ensure and who I wanted on the insurance and she politely asked for the paperwork and identification and she immediately turned to her computer and went to work keep in mind she held a pleasant conversation with me while she was working and when she got the best quote she showed them to me and thoroughly explained and from their I signed for my insurance and paid and I had insurance and identification cards as well, and she also told me that I would be receiving some in the mail. They proceeded to give me any eviction notice which I took them to court & WON, but they gave excuses to why they want me out of the house and gave me another eviction. They are rude and unprofessional. Janice the front desk lady was extremely rude. She hung up on me ran around questions and she also told me she didn't have to tell me anything after the courts told me I had to talk to them. No one knew anything when I called to ask no one notified me about the legal measures they took. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This was my first time renting and they gave me worst experience ever.

I was…read moreconcerned about changing policies so I contacted the agency in advance, and then called again when the payment had still not posted to my account, but they assured me that they would take care of it. It wasn't until I got to my Dr's appointment after my policy was supposed to be in place that I found out that they never set it up. I ended up having to reschedule my Dr's appointment becuase they wouldn't see me without insurance. I went straight to the agency to get it taken care of, but never got an apology, all they would say is that it was the Dr's fault because they could have seen me and then filed the claim after the agency finally got the policy set up. Then they set up my BCBS online account with a fake email so that I couldn't even reset the password to get logged in, and I had call two more times to get them to send us insurance cards. So no, I would not reccommend.
