He does not care that we are customers at all or that we are paying for our kids to attend his wife (or partners, I assume they are married) dance school. There is no place to park and the trees are not cut so when you back up, your car gets scratched and sticks out. I'm really sad the whole experience was awful due to people. So I will list the issues I had. 1) On the first day that I took my 2 1/2 year old there were no signs saying what to do and there were no introductions from the teacher or owner, because of this my daughter missed the first 10 minutes because we were standing there trying to figure out what to do. 2) There is absolutely no way of seeing how your child is doing. There are no cameras or double windows. I don't know these people and a 2 1/2 year old doesn't understand if something inappropriate is happening. 3) The teacher and owner both have attitudes. I peaked into the room once and the week prior so did my husband to make sure she was ok. The teacher came out to tell me very snippily that I was disturbing her class. When I approach her and the owner afterwards she was beyond rude. I politely said I'm not trying to be rude or disturb your class but you have to understand you have my 2 1/2 year old behind close doors, I don't know you and I was never given an introduction to explain the rules and how the class is conducted. 4) The owner only communicates by texts. She sent me a 6 text message after the incident instead of calling me, and I was unable to respond at the time. Then the day before her next dance class, on a Sunday no less, she spent me another text saying she was sending me a refund and that I was not welcome back. All because I was putting my child's safety first. 5) The parking is her driveway and the first class she had the one class ending while the other was to being it was total chaos. I highly recommend that you consider a different place to take your children to learn to dance.

Unlimited twirling introduced us to Teacher Sara, Teacher Annaliese and Teacher Savannah- who are all amazing! Each of the teachers follows the same general format, but each offers their own unique touch. Bravo Bash is Tutu School's recital and it is the absolute cutest thing. It is the perfect stress free introduction to recital. The rehearsals are during class time and the teachers are on stage during the performance. They also keep the performance as a whole short and sweet, so the little ones thrive through and through. After my shy daughter's first performance, she was confidently beaming with pride. She talked about it for months and it was and continues to be the most heart warming conversations. I borrowed a friend's 2 lawn chairs to use to sit at during the game. A friend came along with me and sat on the second lawn chair. After the game, the women's team hosted a free lunch celebration at their field house or club. They cooked burgers, provided snacks and drinks, and played music for all friends and family members who came to watch their match. The meeting location for home games for the men's and women's team is in a big open field in Akron. I noticed a small seating area but did not notice a concession stand for drinks/snacks. Although I grew up in a country in Southern Africa where Rugby is huge professional sport, I had no idea that there are Rugby fans in Northeast Ohio so that's pretty cool.
