Didn't even talk on the phone despite my calling.. 2-Didn't inspect the home. For that price point she should do that. 3-The big one is there was no network, just posted our application on indeed. That was a what the moment for me. In another review complaining about the same thing she replies saying they use multiple resources- I never saw any evidence. And my nanny applied through the indeed posting. 4- Since then I learned there are actual nanny agencies that do payroll and insure Nannie's in house (Jovie). They don't even do that- just refer to a third party and aren't even involved in the setup.
