When I called to make them to make an appointment gave them my insurance, I have a PPO they take my insurance I have, nothing said about being a large cost. When I get there they tell me it's $150 for my appointment because I have a deductible. Now a month later I'm getting a bill that I owe another $198 for the appointment. I called the office and ask how much a cash payment is $150 for a first visit $120 after that. I tried talking to billing and because I have insurance with a deductible that isn't covering the appointment it costing me over twice as much to be seen as if I didn't have the appointment. I went to this appointment only to get established with the Dr. and get paperwork to have general blood work. The Dr. I saw was rude and also didn't order the certain blood tests I had requested so I had planned on not returning to the office before I found out I was being grossly overcharged.

When the doctor finally walks in, he's already rushing you out the door, saying he has "other patients to see." I came in with five things to discuss--legitimate concerns, not small talk. By the time I got to concern #2, he was already pushing me to wrap it up. I politely pointed out that if I could wait an hour for him, he could wait five minutes for me. That didn't sit well with him. From that moment on, everything I said felt completely dismissed. This wasn't just one bad visit--it felt like a pattern of rushed, impersonal, and dismissive care. And based on other reviews, I'm not alone in that experience. So, if you enjoy long wait times, rushed visits, and a doctor who seems uninterested in what you have to say, this is the place for you. But if you prefer a doctor who listens and takes your concerns seriously, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. As for me? My wife and I both adore this kind gentle experienced and knowledgeable medical doctor. He says what he knows and he knows what he says. He has expertly cared for my entire family since 2018 and even after our move we will drive the 45 minutes for him. He DOES NOT just treat you, he heals you with I er to+ years experience and has NEVER had a bad review of mad or even a blemish on his record. He is a great man and an even better doctor. I was rudely interrupted by another patient that went in front of me and started talking staff, and she started to help her, and I stared at both of them and staff did not correct this person, she continued to help her..three times during my attempt to checking the staff helped this person during my turn...very unprofessional...by the time I was called for mammo gram, my bladder was full and ready for sonogram which I was told would be first...but it wasn't...so being uncomfortable for so long made my back and hip pain. Even worse...I attempted to stay for sonogram and I tried but too much pain. From waiting. I was prepared at 130pm today with no pain. But they were back up! So I was understanding enough to change my appointment. I went there for one purpose to get a couple prescriptions I'm on renewed, one is for HRT, the other for migraines, nothing earth shattering. I asked the NP who saw me if she thought perhaps she should do a pelvic exam, but she said no, I dont think its necessary, and I havent had one in a decade by the way! She then told me she'd call in my prescriptions. I didnt worry about it for months because I still had refills left from my old doctor, but recently when I tried to see if they were there I was informed they had never called them in. I then contacted the "call center" for help to contact the NP I'd seen to find out if she could NOW call those in. Nobody called me back. Today, I called again, only to be told that "she said" she wouldnt be calling those in at all! No explanation. When I asked WHY they thought I'd come in months ago to see her and discussed refilling those prescriptions with her, I got nothing. So, they got my money for the appointment, and I got NOTHING for that money. NOW I have to go try and find someone who can see me fast before my prescriptions run out entirely, you do NOT want to stop taking Emgality suddenly trust me, and yet nobody in the Neighborhood Healthcare seemed to actually CARE!
