Met Doctor James Secto. He was amazing. Very professional, and kind. Looked at my hand and felt that I was correct. It was a black widow bite and I was in and out quick. Yet I didn't feel rushed and felt my treatment was wonderful. His staff was pretty great to. Thank you doc. My spider bite already feels better. I had to bring my little girl here early 2025 and the wait was really long and the waiting room packed of people sick and coughing which made me uncomfortable as you can imagine. The nice thing was the people working at the front said I could leave and they'd call me when ready! That was super cool of them! So we went to get food and sit in the ac car while waiting. The doctor was kind to my little one who ended up having ear infection and slight developing bronchitis. I only took one star off due to the wait and the amount of people packed in the waiting room. I recently caught that bug that was going around and had a really hard time breathing. After a few days of attempting to "push past it" I broke down and came in on Sunday. The staff is always nice. I ended up having to get a breathing treatment via the nebulizer machine. Dr. Folley Felix Igbinosun is the one who got my life back on track. I was there for a total of about two hours. It seemed like most of it was doing the actual breathing treatment. I was written a prescription for my issue and sent home. I felt sooo much better after I left because I could actually breathe. Dr was polite! friendly however, he still ordered a medication that was listed under my allergies. The urine test they did came back positive for UTI. After 1/2 tablets taken twice in two days I recognized a problem, I stopped. I went to LLU Urgent care dhe to continued pelvic floor pain. Their urinalysis returned negative. I have been referred to a Urologist. I will not return to, nor recommend Apple Urgent Care. read more

Showed up with my mom, she needed to replenish her prescription. (from another country) My mom lost her Medicare card, but they were still able to see her using her social security number. They were quick even though there was a line to check-in. NP was able to order comparable medication until her regular doctor's appointment. After we left someone called us back because they were concerned with mom's BP. Pretty thorough for an Urgent Care place. The wait was a bit long and I never completed the visit. I had to go to the Hemet VA to be treated when I was informed they could not help with pain meds for my kidney stone issues. I did not understand why they could not treat according to medical necessity. At least they were polite. read more

Make sure you double check your insurance for a copay. I'm sick with God knows what, can't breathe, chest pain and congestion hard to even stand up. I called this place before I went in to make sure they took my (very common) insurance. Said they did. Ok. Girlfriend picked me up and drove me. I waited for an hour before they called me to fill paperwork. I was confused why I had to fill out paperwork an hour later and asked them if I was gonna be seen shortly. She said yes. Fill out my paperwork and turn it in. Wait another 20 mins as everyone who got there AFTER me was getting called. I finally hear them call my name. The door wasn't open with a nurse but it was the front desk again telling me I had an $85 copay. Wtf. This is why I called first. She asked me if I still wanted to be seen. Not at $85 I've missed work already and that's a big chunk of money to put out when I pay for my insurance. I understand copays and stuff but at least let the patient know ahead of time so I'm not sitting there waiting and making myself worse. I have been here before without insurance and it was only $60! This was a long time ago but still. Also girls at the front are not friendly. I understand they probably hate their job but a half of a smile or even EYE CONTACT wouldn't kill them. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because I had good prior visits. read more

They took my $50 for a co-pay that's more than I pay at a regular specialist doctor. I needed my medicine. I'm having a severe anxiety attack. He said that he would send it over to Walgreens. I went to Walgreens twice. They didn't even have it in their system and they had nothing for me and I told them I needed the medicine. They said there was nothing they could do about it. That doctor said that he would send it over to the Walgreens for a refill that I needed immediately and he never did it and they took my $50 and I'm really upset about that the type of care horrible care quality, horrible doctors office experience horrible all I needed was to get in and out of the doctor to get my refill on my anxiety medicine he said he did send it over in a little while and he never did that is pretty poor care and taking my $50 for nothing for nothing and never even got my medicine and I was in and out of that office in 5 to 10 minutes when I saw him and sat in the waiting room for over 20 to 30 minutes as far as I'm concerned, they stole my $50 for no care just to get a simple refill on some anxiety medicine, which is very important. read more

Ok first off, the front office treat you like a number, and as if you're a burden to them. Second they don't even have change for they're 75$ price to be seen. And third the place is dirty. Once I was finally called to be seen, they brought me to a room and the office person that brought me there asked why I was there. Then said doctor will be there shortly. 25 minutes later doctor shows up and say go to the ER without even looking at me. I was glad to get out of there, even though I basically got robbed to wait around in a dirty office building to get told to go somewhere else, because the whole 25 minutes I was waiting for the "doctor" in the room, I had this beautiful view of dried up blood around the door handle and dripping downwards towards the floor. read more

This review is 100% honest I brought in my baby son to see urgent care and was automatically greeted awfully, I do not care how much of a bad day you were having do not roll your eyes at your own patients. Especially dealing with the fact that the patients are the reason why the clinic is open. This is my second time here the first time I brought in my elderly mother in law, but did not deal with any type of issue. This time coming in, I was told that the clinic accepted Kaiser , Kaiser has not, physically, gave us a hard copy of the card it is all digital now. The only reason I came to the clinic was because I read online that it accepted Kaiser and it saved me a lot of time in gas to drive all the way to Murrieta , as soon as arriving, the young lady in the front said I need a visual copy of the insurance card. I completely understand that we need a hard copy of it to make claims or for verification. I've been working at a medical health clinic for years and she could've easily had me email her the picture of the card and just made a copy of my ID . But instead, she made me feel extremely uncomfortable with her attitude, and the way she responded to the scenario , I was being extremely polite to her, and she went ahead and made me just want to go to a different clinic. I will be making a complaint to Kaiser to notify them that they should be considerate on who they choose to attend their patients. There was also a couple of people complaining in the lobby about her attitude . (Perla) This clinic needs a person who treats patients like they care. read more

Wife had bad cough for over 2 weeks and congestion. Dr. James Seto quickly just checked her throat only and said, "throat infection" prescribed Zofran and cough syrup. Didn't care to check her lungs when she inquired about those. No improvement. Went to another doctor and they ruled it as viral infection said it was obvious and they were equally annoyed at the poor medical attention from this Urgent Care. Zero Stars. So disappointing they showed no true concern for my wife's health just her $60. They're fast, and this is why. Truly unfortunate and will not be returning in the future. BTW they were prejudice when my wife was a cash patient a few years back, they assumed she couldn't afford prescriptions or additional care. They literally wrote "Cash Patient" on corner of medical intake form. The doctor bluntly brought it up and made those accusations. We never posted that, but should have. read more

The care is excellent once I was treated by Aileen I felt she understood my symptoms and treated me with the best care possible.she is an excellent nurse and bilingual. I'm gonna give 5 stars, every time I've been there either for my self or kids (not often). The staff has been decent, Drs or PA's have been spot on with a quick diagnosis. Monday I made a trip with my 8 year old. We arrived at 7:06 pm there were a few people ahead of us. The wait wasn't long, Dr./PA? Nickesha Frerron made a quick diagnosis and sent prescriptions to the pharmacy. Thank you Reggie at Walgreens he was able to fill that evening and home by 8:30pm. Okay so the actual place is great, they always listen (the practitioners) they provide what you need if they can, if not, they'll refer you out. The issue with this place is the NASTY, RUDE, ATTITUDE having front staff. Not all the girls are this way but every single time you check in, whoever is there always has the world's worst attitude! I get it, you're dealing with different people, different issues etc but you chose to do this job, knowing you're helping the public. There have been several times I've walked out because of their nasty attitudes. I keep going back because it's super close to home and some days, you do what you gotta do. But be advised that you're gonna end up getting attitudes from the front staff. They act like they don't want to be there. But great job to the nurses, doctors and practitioners!!! read more

I work on medical and know my own benefits was over charged my copay and even after I pulled up my own coverage information on the same system they used and showed them my copay they refused to refund me and told me to call my insurance. I called I was right they are now saying they will refund me by check but only after my health plan accepts the claim and bounces the over charge back to them. Timely file on the claim is long so I doubt I'll ever get a call to pickup the check. Hope they feel food about taking advantage of sick people. DONT GO HERE! read more
