I tip very well but I don't like that it was forced. I also don't like that the amounts of the up charges were not given to me ahead of time. It felt very shady and I won't be back. The clientele was trashy and swearing loudly. Overall, I think that I would have been ok with the price if I was told about it first. Also, there are not enough technicians working which was why my massage was so long. You do not need a license until the drill is used and chemicals are introduced. Save yourself the trouble, money, and attitude of the manager when you ask about the price difference and go somewhere else.

She is now 35 minutes away (on a good day), and I am still going to her for my facials. I tried to book with someone closer, but the thought of trusting my face and its issues to anyone else spooked me. I ended up canceling with that person and sticking with Christine. She is extremely knowledgable about all her products and comes up with a custom facial for me depending on what I need that day. Christine has a very gentle touch. In fact, I hate this but 9 times out of 10, I just fall asleep in the middle of my treatment. She is great fun to talk to! Also, Christine never pushes product on me ever.
