I love this place! I got some Dysport and Sculptra with Jenna, the Sculptra was her suggestion (based on the results I was looking for) and I'm really happy with it. I'm still a month or more away from the full result, but at 2.5 weeks it already looks amazing. I look refreshed and rejuvenated, like the absolute most flattering photo of me with perfect lighting, but in person. The atmosphere here is really great. While it's super clean, upscale, and professional, it's not overly bougie in the offputting way. Everyone's really nice, the receptionist remembered my name when I came back for a touch-up (and also braved the Nespresso robot so I could have a coffee that I accidentally left behind after one sip lol). Jenna is very professional but there's something in her approach that's really down-to-earth and reassuring, even when she's explaining a bunch of really technical shit (which she does very clearly) All in all just a great experience, I get terrible nerves in situations like this but everyone here was so nice, it really chilled me out. read more

Good aesthetician staff but not a great front desk person. She quoted me one price, charged me a different price, then failed to book appointments properly. The second laser hair appointment was scheduled too soon after the first to be very effective, and the third appointment was allegedly scheduled, but apparently not actually scheduled at all. By the time I realized this the third appointment wasn't scheduled, it was at least one week after the ideal time window, and therefore also less effective. All in all, the scheduling and billing was so bad that I wasn't able to complete the laser hair removal at all and gave up after just 2 of 6 appointments, one of which was improperly timed. I'd really like my money back, but the idea of talking to the front desk again is too cringe to try. In addition to scheduling difficulties, it was pretty difficult to get relatively straightforward questions answered through the front desk without upselling. It was very difficult to get anything done through here so I just gave up. Unfortunate that the scheduling staff completely ruined what otherwise could have been a good experience. read more

When the injector I had been going to for years moved across country, I was really worried about finding someone I trusted as much as I did her (I have had manyyy not so great experiences with various injectors). Right when I met Jenna and we started to discuss treatments, I knew I could trust her. She is honest and down to earth about what is going to work- or not work- with your face. Her work is gorgeous, and Jenna is able to balance stunning results all while preserving the patients natural beauty. I still look like me, yay! I also appreciate that she and Aura Aesthetics work with you around your budget. I have never had that experience before coming here. I am currently not in a place where dropping a few thousand dollars in one appointment is feasible. But Jenna and I were able to come up with a game plan where my treatments are gradual, so I can still get the look I want, but in a way that works for me financially. read more

Well I had a positive gut feeling with Aura and went in and I'm SO glad I did. Jenna is the sweetest ever and made my lips look natural and hydrated at the same time. You can tell a well intentioned practitioner from not only what they will do but what they won't do. They aren't going to pump you full of stuff that won't make you look natural or things that won't give you results. I am delighted with the service I had today! As soon as i walked in i felt comfortable and welcomed. The place was super clean and cozy perfect for a Hydra facial. i walked walked through every step and showed the devices they use and the benefits of it all. all my questions were answered and to help with my acne problem, I was given some samples to test out with a cheat sheet on how and when to apply them. . I wasn't pleased with the results after Suzanne injected me for $12/unit. So I went on a little fishing expedition. I found tutorials on YOUTUBE w all the info I could need to do my own botox, also where to buy it. I now pay .50/unit...yes I said fifty cents a unit. I will not go back to Aura Aesthetics. I also corrected my globella myself. Suzanne promised 2 more free units when I came back in for a recheck. When I went back in she said "no" point blank. So you will not be getting 2 more units of botox as promised. "Her words were "when u come bac in 2 wks the next 2 units are on me." Even when she could see I was not happy with my results. I now pay $100 for 200 units of botox (botulinum) This company sends you syringes with the product it's amazing. Do yourself a favor and visit YOUTUBE tutorials diy botox! These women learned how to do their own botox because of the pandemic and it's really catching on ....I'm absolutely loving it. These are plastic surgeons on YouTube that teach this also. Everyone who works here is great, really helpful, friendly and you honestly feel cared for from the minute you walk in. By far the most unprofessional company we have come across in a long time. I don't know where to even start with this review, they advertised they do Weightloss injections, yet when you talk to them they're "still figuring out pricing", they then lied on the phone and said their pricing is much better than getting injections through insurance. Which we found out was not true. They require a video consult through a faulty app that we spent over 45 minutes trying to figure out and despite the teenager on the phone stating "let's do FaceTime" she then reneged the comment and tried to reschedule again. The first appointment she scheduled, she then canceled the next day stating "we didn't do our blood work in time" - why would you schedule a doctor consult in less than 24 hours of telling a patient they need to get blood work? Then we provided the paperwork, they scheduled two appointments which never worked on their app. She then asked me to "calm down" on the phone when I inquired more about the appointment. Extremely unprofessional I would never ever go here. She then tried to coerce my husband to waste another late night evening for a video conference on a day that didn't work for us. The juvenile on the phone then stated "clearly this isn't the place for you if you're going to blame me for issues with an app". Would you really want to go to a company that not only displays unprofessionalism, takes zero responsibility for their actions business, lies about their pricing versus insurance, says they've been doing this for a long time yet 'still figuring out pricing' and then fails to acknowledge we have wasted multiple nights away from our family to accommodate their required video chats that they can only schedule at 730p at nights. Huh??? Take my advice go to a professional who knows what they're doing and treats customers with the utmost respect not only as a person but also for their time read more
