This place was okay. The techs who take care of your daily life are wonderful. They were always helpful and kind.

I love POPPS, especially Dr. Jones, for helping me fight this anxiety disorder which led me to…read moredrink in the first place. He cares so passionately for his patients and always greets me and leave with a big bear hug. I have no problems with getting the meds that I need that actually work for once. Thanks so much for helping me stay sober!!

Ladies and Gentlemen who have a real desire to abstain from opiods, heed my warning: Keep Nurse…read moreClemet off your case at all costs!!! She directly aided in my relapse and I wouldn't be surprised if she had no emotion about that at all, and while I slipped for only one day and am again sober, I feel that her actions could harm many others in the same way who may not be as fortunate to have such a short lived or mild relapse. This woman is playing with people's lives, seemingly with no concern or regard for how her lack of responsibility is affecting others. I will explain in the shortest version possible. She is the nurse in charge of the free Zubsolv program (a position I am astonished she obtained due to her disorganization, heartlessness, and straight up unprofessionalism). After I was accepted, a process that took about three times as long as normal based on her hand in the matter (the reps at Zubsolv informed me that it she had procrastinated sending the form in, and when she finally did, it was done incorrectly three times; she accused me of taking someone else's medicine because she misread my file. During that visit, she asked the sweet Dr. David Jones if it would be a good idea to not write me a script. Of course the good Doctor did not believe that was the case, and of course continued to write me the medicine. In all honesty, I have gotten off dope in almost every way in the past 12 years. If this had not been my past experience, I can say that I certainly would be back on heroin due directly to Clemet's carelessness. On multiple occasions, I have gone to a scheduled appointment, only to have to wait hours because for some reason the appointment never got put on the schedule. She managed to mess up my orders with Zubzolv and made me drive from North Georgetown to the South Austin office, and when I arrived, she told me that my medicine would be mailed to me in a few days (while this was my 2nd day without medication). This location alone is enough to make a newer sober person want to call their dealer. Keep in mind that this is the nurse in charge of the Zubzolv program for all of POPPs. She also told me that the program was 12 months long, and five months in called my father-in-law that I was off the program. She never called me. In fact, she has never returned any of my calls, but claims that she has. She has never given me an official reason as to why I was never given my last month of the medicine, which pushed my family's budget back significantly. She told that I could re-apply, but that "they probably won't take you", so having no insurance, I got sick (having taken 8mg 2X a day for 5months). So I called trying to get a weeks supply of clonadine and gabapetin (what the doctor said I would get if I wanted to get off the Zubzolv). She had no empathy at all and finally sent a week prescription of the clonadine to Miami, Florida, two times!! Any nurse in this field of health care can only imagine the impact this has on the person-pursuing sobriety. I called back trying to resolve this so that I could continue to be sober and have my life not fall apart; and I did verbally let Clemet know that her cold and inappropriate responses to situations that she caused was not acceptable. I did tell her that she was as cold as any opiate dealer in response to my withdrawing from the medicine that she represents at POPPs. She told me that I was banned from the POPPs' offices and that Dr. Jones would never see me again. This seems wrong to me, especially in light of Dr. Jones having the biggest heart I've ever seen. Not only is banning me from the premises an inappropriate response to the situation, all the stress and negative connotations came directly from Clemet's personal negligence in her position as a nurse. She made being sober seem just as demanding as a gram a day habit of heroin, when it should be a state to be celebrated and enjoyed. I am writing the Board of Nursing, Clemet, and will not stop writing and talking about your unethical Kangaroo practices. **as a side note, I would like to re-iterate how amazing of a man Dr. Jones is, and am sorry if this relays negatively on him in any way.

Some days the wait can get a little long, but in my opinion it's worth it. There have been a few changes recently that I'm not very fond of, but still I would, without a doubt, recommend him to anyone.

Redefining the essentials of a modern health care industry by removing the entirety of…read moreindustrialization risks that are concomitant to the western medical practice of "conveyer belt style patient turnover"; by facilitating the reeducation of this generation's globalized misconceptions about the iatrogenic effects and the consequential connotations of negative rhetorics that have resulted in a national stigmatization against those who suffer from the deleterious, life altering effects of prescription drug dependency; by denouncing the professional support for such diminutive perceptions of western medicine that devaluates the psychobiological factors, environmental aspects and a plethora of additional contributory attributions to the monolithic aggregations of combinations that precipitate the symptomatic floridity of illicit drug addiction; by not only recognizing the local need for, but also supplying the medical training, experience and specialty services on which the specific treatment needs of such disabling conditions is primarily focused and ultimately exceeded; by redirecting the patient-centered emphasis back onto maintaining an optimal balance between Medication Assistant Treatment programs and the implementation of critical psychotherapy counseling services for the empirically founded aspects of psychological underpinnings that inevitably cooccur at the root of any substance use disorder. Dr Ronald Only has raised his client's innate expectations for exceptional services and tangible results for the most difficult process of not only facing their demons of addiction, but pinpointing a locus cause for the behavioral propensities that likely precipitated their self-destructive tendencies and then he facilitates their own realizations that can assist with understanding their addictions. Finally, Dr. Only tailors to the individual needs of his patient's to allow them to coordinate their efforts towards finding an effective treatment plan that accommodates their own pace, ultimately allowing them to (within reason) dictate the terms of their common goal to achieve recovery while minimizing the risk of relapse. I highly recommend this physician for anyone who has faced their own struggles with prescription dependencies or illicit drug addictions and are now ready for the chance to receive quality care that can produce immediate results for symptomatic amelioration while they begin the long process of recovery. If you're sincerely ready to be free then I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed with the process of addiction treatment that Dr. Only provides. Until then, I wish you the best and hope that you can find the peace that you seek by realizing that you're not alone and help is Only a phone call away!
