Honesty, quality of care and the office experience is all full. Not explaining the bill and how much staying at the home. No communication.

Hello, I called…read moretoday to get information on visitation for my great aunt who was admitted this afternoon to your facility with less than 24 hrs of life to live from her healthcare providers. I called your public phone number online and I expressed to your staff member LETA that the in-patient number that was previously provided by another colleague was not answering whatsoever. LETA was very unprofessional and continued to mock my situation with a long "BBBYYYEEE" after I restated that my great aunt would be passing in less than 12 hrs according to her physicians and that the agents response wasn't helpful as me and my family were only trying to visit one last time before my great aunt passes. I then called back and asked for a supervisor and got a different staff member than the previous one but then heard LETA taking over the call and tell her colleague that this was her caller. I proceeded to ask for a supervisor as I did not receive acceptable customer service previously from LETA and that it was not acceptable to anyone's standards considering the severity of the situation. LETA then proceeded to tell me how rude I was by questioning her and showed no empathy towards the situation at hand not including multiple times that I was cut off and told that the calls were being recorded. She also stated how she was the only supervisor on staff at the moment. So I am reaching out as your staff is very aware that they are being recorded but did not provide any human decency in this call. This behavior is unacceptable for healthcare and appalling for humankind sake. Please look in to this as I will also be sharing this on social media.

A nurse comes twice a week to monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate and answers any questions we may have. Our CNA Katy also comes twice a week and takes care of her hygiene cares such as bathing, dressing and grooming and brings any supplies needed. Very out going person whom my mother-in-law looks forward to seeing. I would highly recommend Elegant Hospice Care to anyone that has a family member or friend that needs Hospice care. I had to practically beg for incontinent supplies for my Mother every time she needed them. I asked for barrier cream and never did receive any. My Mother was placed in a assisted living facility at 3:00 pm and nobody from Season's even arrived until almost 9:00 pm. My Mother was supposed to be on oxygen and I did not know how to work the machine so she had none until the hospice nurse arrived. The hospital bed they got her was a joke, every time you raised the head up it was crooked. The mattress was very uncomfortable for her. Five days after she entered the assisted living facility she was having pain and I asked the med tech if she had been given any medication for pain. She said she didn't have any medication for her. My Mother is on blood thinners and sure enough she had not been given any for FIVE DAYS. This was a combination of the hospice nurse and the facility nurse not noticing. When I called the Season's nurse who told me "She would always have my back", I told her it surely didn't feel like it! When I changed hospice services she said she was sorry that they didn't meet my expectations - I hardly think they would meet anyone's expectations.
