Given my particular situation, she took extra time with me to make sure I understood the procedures for moving out quickly so that I wouldn't be charged extra for moving out on short notice. She was kind and made a very difficult emotional time for my family less difficult. Can't say enough good things about them. The area might be a bit rough, but the climate controlled units I used were clean and well monitored by cameras, locked doors & lots of safety wire around the perimeter. Cost was a concern for us, and they provided the perfect solution.

The experience was exemplary Jason and Jashana we're great I was having a problem paying my past two balance which they were working with me on. They were very thorough!! I was informed of my next balance because the next balance was due as well, after I got off the call and my payment was successful they let me know that they had some of the next balance waived!! I was very ecstatic they really helped me out and listen to me very caring and genuine I recommend any day!!!! EDIT: I called and spoke to Jason today He is always very helpful and was able to assist me with making a payment and waving my late fee as a courtesy due to making a payment one day after the late fee was charged!!!

The grounds were filthy and I called customer service several times because they have no on-site staff according to what I was advised. Only once did someone come to clean up. I got hung up on by a so-called manager when I was trying to get my bill straightened out and had to file a complaint with customer service about it as well. If it had not been so convenient to my temporary stay location and a hassle to move my belongings, I definitely would have NOT have stored there for four months.

She waited at the other location patiently until I arrived to get my key and I'm soooooo Thankful that she did because I didn't have money for a new lock or locksmith. All of their guys are strong, smart, motivated, friendly, and strive to make sure your move is seamless and stress free on you. Plus their managers and owners are often on site for the move, especially tricky portions of it like moving in or out of a condo with pour loading dock access. They even bring extra guys in for tedious portions of the move (tracks down long hall ways which take considerable amounts of time) to ensure things stay moving. Pricing seems to be fair from what I can tell, though admittedly did not shop...piece of mind with your belongings (have to assume some of those are highly cherished) is totally worth it!!
