No compassion showed towards kids, nor the ability to teach kids. They can only handle daycare ready kids. So if your kid is new, be prepared to pick them up by 10am, since the crying new kid is disturbing the other children. Also, have backup child care, since the school can remove the child with no notice whatsoever.

The staff is a cohesive team, who are always looking for new and fun activities for their classes. Jill has a great curriculum in place and the children at the center are always first priority. Let me first start by saying that we were happy with most of the teachers there. Miss Faythe is incredible and I always knew my child was safe with her. That being said, the turn over in staff here is ridiculous, and there were weekly closures of classrooms because staff abruptly quit or did not show up. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness of the facility. The kid bathrooms were disgusting and always smelled. My son would come home daily with black knees from crawling around on the carpet. The worst was the bug and rodent issue. The final straw for me was finding out from another parent about the roaches, mice, and bed bugs present in the facility. Never once was this location closed for cleaning or treatment of these pests. Parents were never notified about the possibility of bed bugs. It is so disheartening to hear that the health and safety of my child was put at risk due to the lack of concern over the space my child played and napped on.

He has been so loved and nurtured from his very first day. I am truly at peace knowing that his day will be filled with excitement, learning, love and friendship. They have early morning and later evening hours. Their tucked away location and two door swipe-entry security put my momma heart at ease knowing my babies aren't easily accessible to those with malicious intentions. The staff are kind, warm and communicative. The classrooms are clean and truly child-centered. There are activities galore! I love the daily updates and pictures so I can see my kiddos and what they're experiencing throughout the day. I cannot recommend TLE more highly. I am forever grateful to Kim, Erin and the teaching staff for making my children's experience one they look forward to daily.
