As a parent, the most important thing is knowing your kids are safe, happy, and well cared for, and I've always felt that way here. The teachers genuinely care about the children, and it shows in the relationships they build with them. Some of the teachers have been here for many years, which I think says a lot about the environment and the consistency they provide for the kids. Any time I've had a question or concern, it's always been addressed quickly. I've always felt like my children were in good hands. Choosing a daycare is one of the hardest decisions you'll make as a parent, and I'm so thankful we found this one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy place for their children.

Every single teacher welcomes our family with a warm and genuine smile each time we are in, and the leadership and office staff are dedicated to ensuring our continued satisfaction on a daily basis. They are understanding and flexible when needed, and it's clear they work diligently to provide an exceptional experience for every child, parent, and staff member. We have experienced other daycare programs both in the area and across the east coast, and we HIGHLY recommend Primrose School of Royersford to any parent seeking reliable daycare services for their children! Thank you to everyone at Primrose who has poured their time, energy, and love into taking care of our little ones!

They have 5 year olds napping, I had to get a doctor note so they wouldn't force my kid to have quiet time where they are not allowed to speak or stand up in a dark room days before starting full day kindergarten. Staff openly talks about being on food stamps in front of kids and parents. When speaking to the director Megan she told me why would you stay at Malvern if you don't like it. Don't do what I did leave as soon as possible for your kids safety and well being. My daughter has had a broken finger, a concussion, and needed doctor notes stating their current policies are harmful for her wellbeing. And all that occurred was management threatened to kick her out of school 2 weeks prior to starting kindergarten after I sent them picture proof of them breaking their own policies.
