Got the job done professionally and on-time. Would hire again. Rate was very reasonable.

The outside faucet pipe burst and they fixed the hose bib. They were prompt and courteous but expensive

Super friendly, quick timing, very professional. We had a clogged drain and he not only fixed it but taught us how to fix it in the future.

I have no reservations in recommending this company. -------------------- I really wanted to give Just In Time a five-star review, because I genuinely think the issue I ran into was an honest mistake. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with how they handled that mistake. First, the good: I hired them to install a smart EV charger. They were super friendly, responsive, on-time, and the installation itself was fast and clean. Here's where things went sideways: they told me the job was complete, but the charger's controller--the part that actually makes it "smart"--was still sitting in the box. Without that piece installed, the whole point of the smart charger is lost. The technicians put me on the phone with the boss, who told me installing the rest of the components would be an additional $165. I was awfully annoyed, but I didn't really have any choice at that point. My issue is simple: I was clear from the beginning about the exact charger I needed installed. I showed the estimator the box and confirmed that their quote covered installing and integrating the smart charger. Some people might call this a bait-and-switch, but I don't think that's what happened. I think they either misunderstood the charger when quoting or were just moving too fast. An honest mistake. But the "solution" was to charge me $165 more for something that took them less than fifteen minutes. They had an opportunity to either (A) complete the scope they quoted, or (B) at least try to work with me on the added fee. Instead, I got a shrug and a "take it or leave it."

Cristi was quick to diagnose the leaky faucet and fix it. Would recommend Just In time and will…read morecall them again next time.

I received many…read morequotes that started at 5k and they used scare tactics to push for upgrades and unnecessary work. Thankfully I found Joe. He was knowledgeable, funny, a great guy and didn't try to upsell a thing. He replaced my water heater at a great price. While he was here my sewer was backing up when he tried to drain the water heater. He asked that we get it cleared before he finished the job. We called Homeservice plumbers and they came out, said there was a block and they would have to tear up the basement and the starting price was almost 7k. More if they found other problems and they repeatedly tried to use, used car sales tactics and scare tactics to get me to replace Joe as my plumber and destroy the basement to clear a "block". Joe recommended Colorado Sewer Service and they came out and cleared the "block" in 10 minutes for 1/50th of what they were going to charge to tear up the basement and install a new unnecessary pipe just to begin with, which I am sure they would have tried to turn into a 20k plus job. Joe did a fast and excellent job and is just a good human being. I cannot say enough good things about this man and his business. Without a doubt I will use him for every job I need in the future. You are the best Joe, thank you again for all you did and for being Honest!

Mike came, and actually spent some time , looking up info on the model and found that it took 2 - 40 amp breakers and one double breaker (which was unlabeled) was tripped/malfunctioning... Long story short, $225. He could have easily sold me a new water heater, but he did the right thing., I'll never call anyone else, he is honest and if he does not know, he finds out. When Mike's people came by later, they refuted everything I had been told, cleaned the parts that I was told to replace, and showed us an internal filter that I didn't know we even had much less had to clean.
