I love how the Parking lot looks absolutely packed and when I walk in it's busy but I never have to…read morewait for a machine. The staff is so inviting and helpful especially when I first joined and the equipment is so new that the adjustments are completely different than what I'm used to. No one hovering over you waiting like other gyms, this place is so clean. If you told me they bought all the equipment yesterday, I would believe you. I met the owner the first visit while he was fixing up the selfie rooms. He apologized for the mess and introduced himself. Very community spirited gym, but not the pushy type to get you involved if you don't want to. If you like quiet, keep in mind the classes on the turf Saturday mornings especially around holiday time. I'm not a morning person so it definitely woke me up but nothing to keep me from still going to this gym. I am on the petite side and there are some machines where I can't put any weight on or else there would be no movement and if I put the lowest weight it's too heavy to push/pull. So there are some machines that aren't beginner friendly. I'd say it's definitely a gym to go to where you've already started your fitness journey and want to enhance it or just wait to use those machines after you build some more strength. I don't think I've heard the same song twice and every song is great and pumps me up. Whoever is controlling the tunes is doing fantastic!

Was not overly crowded in the weight area, but there was a class happening on the other side of the gym. The equipment in this gym is by far the best I've seen anywhere lately. Gym rules are pretty solid for maintaining a clean and respectful space for its members as well. 10/10.

CycleBar classes feel more like a "dance party on a bike" than a trip to the gym. You will get an…read moreintense workout that is not only challenging, but also fun! I find CycleBar classes to be transcendent - something about the dark room, the rapid beat of my heart and the sweat pouring down - I can close my eyes and my mind goes somewhere else. It's an experience I haven't found anywhere else. Ever since my foot injury in 2020, I have a hard time running. Cycling gives me the "runners high" that I miss but without the impact to my feet. I've been to 3 of the 4 CycleBar locations in St. Louis with my ClassPass membership. To read more of my St. Louis Fitness Center reviews, check out my blog: https://fitnessfoodiestl.com/

Beyond dissatisfied at how they do business, and it seems like a money grab/scam. **PLEASE…read moreBEWARE** before you give the ok on any membership with this establishment...no one informs you of the hoops & ladders you'll have to go through to simply cancel! Even when you give them notice of cancellation, you will still be charged - as their policy is never clearly stated before hand, which includes a 30 day in advance cancellation notice. In addition, you will have to come into the studio to complete a "membership cancellation form?!?!?" I mean WTF, I have never ever had to do this in my entire life! It's absurd, plus if you have any emergency and need to cancel a ride (even though you've already paid a month's membership) you're additionally charged yet another $15...seems so very desperate for money!!! This is such a slimy way to do business, as you MUST always give clients this type of information during the initial membership sign up process + an in-hand copy of said contract. They intentionally fail to do so, because they're well aware that anyone in their right mind would NOT sign up for this. Again PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!
