After I explained what service I needed she would repeat it but it was never achieved. Tereska would volunteer to fix the the problem, but I just got tired of having a problem with either the cut or color All at your expense. and boy are her rates High. Furthermore, she developed other unusual habits that made me feel uncomfortable. There are other issues with this Salon that didn't fit my needs. When you are going to a higher end Salon, I don't expect to pay the credit card fee. I also didn't appreciate the constantly late for the appointment by 20-30 minutes. Once in the chair she constantly checks her phone as if your invisible and don't be surprised if you are asked to put another client in your place before she is finished with you. I was getting anxiety because of the situation and having been to Kristen 3 times, I can't ask for better service. I've been getting my hair professionally done for 20 years and have been to several different salons due to being military and moving frequently so I have a lot of experience. I go to Kristen Phillips and I will not go to anyone else. As long as she does hair I will exclusively use her talent. I first used her a year and a half ago for highlights and absolutely loved her work. I included pictures of that coloring too in a blue evening gown. I went on deployment and 6 months later I had my hair seriously over processed in Germany. I let it grow out for a year because it was soooo damaged, it was falling out in clumps for over a month. I just booked a last minute cancellation for highlights and I was in the next morning. She started from the front this time and I am so incredibly happy. I included my hair before and after. It was super dark and grown out a couple inches. She got me so light and my hair did not fall out. The only thing I wish I did was use my purple shampoo more before getting my highlights because my ends are a little brassy but that's my fault. I love the shine, brightness, health, highlight technique, and face framing. She even got my little baby hairs around my face that for some reason make a big difference. She is the sweetest, she's patient, kind, and so informative! The salon is so nice and the other staff are very warm and welcoming. I was offered snacks and drinks. I am very particular about my hair and I feel like I never like it, it's never blonde enough but I LOVE my hair right now!!! I needed this confidence for some major life events and it was divine, I'm so grateful! I will come here exclusively and Kristen is the BEST!!!

When you walk inside, you can either relax on a nice comfortable chair, or have a seat at the bar inside while you wait. Want a cold beer, water, or other beverage while you wait? Because they offer it. There are individual flat screen televisions by every salon chair that allow you to watch your favorite sports channel or catch up on the news while you receive your haircut. The girls that do the cutting are pretty nice to look at as well, but the best part of the entire experience in my opinion is after the haircut when they wash your hair. It's not your normal experience, but basically a killer scalp massage with a hot steaming towel across your face. Every time I've walked out of this place, I have been totally satisfied with my haircut and totally relaxed from the nice scalp massage. I guess now I know why chicks love going to spas.
