They didn't have the one we wanted in stock, and we wanted Kris to help us anyway, but they were scheduled to have a shipment in 4 weeks. So we returned yesterday and this time Kris was there and he helped us buy the gun of our choice. To say that everyone who works there is extremely helpful and friendly, is an understatement. All the employees are active or retired law enforcement and it's a very safe-feeling store. I've never felt that secure anywhere. We are returning in a few days to pick it up, bc there's a background check waiting period, for which I'm grateful. Kris has so much information and is highly qualified to answer all our questions.
