Long story short they lost my sons passport and claim it was due to the PO damaging the envelope losing its contents. I called the post office. They assured me the passport was in fact delivered to the PO Box with the contents of the envelope. Do not trust these people. They lie and off fake sense of security. The fact that they insisted on mailing the passport instead of handing it directly to them then saying they never received it is a total shame and the start of an identity theft scam. They offered no help to recover. They said the PO shredded the passport. I called the post office they said they do not do that. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. They are liars and thieves. I wonder who else this happened to. I will be filing a complaint with homeland security and the state police department.
