They were very professional. I did 10 classes. And passed my road test on the first try. The roast test was about 15 minutes long. It consisted of some turns, a 3 point turn, and parallel parking. I was very nervous before starting the classes but the people there assured me that they would walk me through the whole process and after meeting the instructor (My instructor was Ariel) who was super calm and helpful, I felt very confident. Their customer service is awesome. It's so nice to work with people that are tech savvy. They remind you about classes the day before for every class via text. Which is awesome for me because I'm super busy and having the reminder was great! They also have nice new cars that was a pleasure to use. While the cars are modern enough to all have cameras in them, the instructors are helpful in reminding you when you can and cannot look at them to pass the road test. So it's great to pay close attention to what the instructors say. And lastly a tip, I asked for all of my classes to be very close together, especially to the date of the test. Acropolis was super helpful in making sure this was done which I was very anxious about. All in all, I was 100% satisfied with the customer service, teaching skills, and overall operation. He got it down pat. It was a breeze. Easy, simple, no delays and I had my certificate in my hand before I left their office. I took their defensive driving course about 10 years ago when they were at their old location. What can I tell you? I get speeding tickets here and there. It was easy then, and it was easy now. While I was there, I noticed there were few other people to get some DMV documents translated and notarized. I am fluent both in Korean and English, so I couldn't help eavesdropping on their conversation. The course is not exactly "exciting", so my mind wandered, so sue me. :-) They seemed to know what they were talking about. The office manager was courteous and told the customers in detail how much it was going to cost and when it would be ready. He was even giving them advice if they were issues with the originals. This is one of the oldest Korean driving schools, if not the oldest, in NJ. I think it's been in business for over 15 years. I am sure I'll be back here if I needed any DMV work done. It sure beats standing in line at crack of dawn and finding out you filled out a wrong form and going back to the back of the line. I'd rather pay their fees and save time and have a peace of mind. Hopefully I don't have to come back here for another defensive driving course. ;-)

First off the instructor arrived an hour early, spoke almost no English and the lesson was 2 hours. I called up politely to give John the opportunity to right it but now he pretends not to speak any English. I then spoke to his assistant and they refuse to provide the remaining 2 hours or refund half the amount for the 2 hours my wife was shorted. Good thing I paid with a credit card because otherwise there would be no other recourse for the services not provided.

But once I got through the door into the aforementioned area, I was greeted with respect and courtesy by Mari (the receptionist). She explained everything to the T and her explanations were crystal clear. In fact, when I was getting ready to pay for the 8 lessons package, she asked me how many lessons I had prior to coming to this school (which was at the time a combined total of 27 lessons). So Mari set me up with Martha, who was an excellent driving instructor! Then the 5 hour class for my 5 hour certificate was via Zoom with other students, and I felt like I was in a real classroom, with rules and whatnot. Mr. Sall was excellent and made sure that we drivers-to-be take this as a huge responsibility and not as a game! Martha gave me excellent pointers on how to parallel park properly, which really helped me in the long term. She took her time to help me fine tune my driving skills.
