The CPR class I recently took was excellent and extremely informative. The instructor was highly knowledgeable and did an outstanding job of teaching the proper techniques for performing BLS. The class covered all the essential steps in detail, from checking for responsiveness and calling emergency services, to performing chest compressions and rescue breaths. The instructor used clear demonstrations and hands-on practice with CPR manikins (adult/infant) to ensure we felt confident in executing the techniques correctly. I left the class feeling well-prepared to provide lifesaving CPR if the need ever arises. I was required to take the course as I am beginning a nursing program this upcoming month. With research I came across One Love CPR and am so happy I did.
