It completely ruined the massage, because now my knee was hurting. I said something to her once I came out of the room and she was there to greet me. I told her that she probably didn't mean to hurt me, but she did. No apology, she just told me to "take care" and hurried off. He said yes, but the deep tissue portion only lasted about 15-20 minutes before transitioning back into a light Swedish-style massage. I was also not informed that he only focuses on certain sections of the body, even though I requested a full-body session. I completely respect his massage style and understand that it may be exactly what some clients are looking for.
