Kimberly was always very helpful and always very cheerful on the phone no matter how difficult the situation became. After two weeks of trying to get the insurance approved for my wife I was told by Anthem that the application was being denied. Kimberly knew how much it meant to me to get the insurance approved because of my wife's declining health.
