This made 2 separate policies with 2 separate payment dates without me knowing initially. Every month they said that they would combine the policies but failed to do so unbeknown to me. So I'm paying thinking all three vehicles are covered just to find out that one of the coverages had lapsed for months! I had already asked to speak to the owner to no avail but since the issues continued I demanded this time. To say her behavior was unbecoming of Any Professional would be an understatement! As I'm explaining my experience with her staff, she said something like, looky here Honey! After she gathered her senses, she assured me that she would rectify the issue and they explained that the employee that was previously handling my account was no longer with the company. If I wasn't fighting for my life and trying to walk again I would have still left. I still should've left the First Time! Because I didn't they continued to say they'll combine my policies the next month so I pay the new amount then they said, even though you paid the amount of your policies combined we're only applying that to 2 vehicles not 3 and we'll give you a credit for those 2 vehicles for the next month! While you're standing outside talking about your personal business along with having your personal documents out while watching your back you can't hear very well with a complete plastic barrier between you and the insurance rep., literally the plastic is from the top to the bottom of the wooden desk( I've seen doors with more gap than this)! Then to top it off the Only Rep in the office couldn't get to my policy Twice(even with the documents in front of her) but hey the 3rd time was a charm when I provided the name and number to the main office that opened my account( I know the office was closed due to a convention they were attending) so I'm thinking she finally called a number to help the Reps. AnyHoot, It All Comes Down To This......Save Your Time and Gas and call the numbers provided on your cards or call your local office but this office visit was pointless and a waste of time for me because the Phone Rep handled EVERYTHING over the phone as I sat in my parked vehicle!! The only thing the office rep did was print my temporary insurance card After the Phone Rep sent it over to her for printing, then she slid it to me and walked away. If I could star rate the Phone Rep who helped me, I'd give him 5 stars but my rating is for the office and if I could I'd give a --1 star!!

My normal office to visit is Mission Valley, where they greet you well and they are very kind to any members, and kind to whomever walks through the door. I visited Chula Vista office on 5/22/25 for lunch break. I walked in and an AAA Lady up front sized me up and down. I waited for her to verbally greet me, and that did not happen. She gave me that 'teacher to student condescending acknowledgement of my turn in line' look. As she waited for me to respond to her, I waited for her to "speak". After about another 45 seconds she says, "What do you need?" ...I was shocked. Not, 'Good afternoon', 'Hi, how may I help you?', 'Hello, what may I help you with today?', nor 'Welcome to AAA..' no greeting. I responded that I am here for DMV Registration Services. She replies by looking at me incredulously, "Well as long as you are a member..." and pulled out her pointer finger while saying it, indicating that I was not AAA Member. I ignored her when she asked for my AAA Membership card. I already had it ready on my Apple Wallet for her sour attitude to scan me in. Once she did that she directed me to the DMV Services line. She was still being rude and with horrible customer greeting and triaging service. The AAA Lady at the DMV Services area greeted me well and was customer service friendly. I was able to get everything completed in about 7mins. The AAA Lady who handled my Member Services last name on my card update, I think her name was Karla, was very nice and very efficient. She verified my AAA card and account info and updated it with my current last name information from my REAL ID. I was super happy with her customer service. The visit was about 12 mins total. The rude AAA Lady up front triaging customers was a 50s aged white woman. The nice DMV Services AAA Triage Lady was a 30s aged hispanic woman. The very kind AAA Services Member Analyst (I think her name was Karla?) was a 30s aged hispanic woman. The DMV & Member services portion of my visit saved my visit and this is why I gave 2 stars. The initial intake greeting desk AAA Lady is why I took off 3 stars for this particular visit. I have since visited this office again on 05/27/2025. I will update my review for that visit in a week.
