My name is Jimmy I bartend at whiskey rose at westgate... if I could give them less than one star I would.. this was ridiculous!! 9 friends and I went to Supercross 5 guys 5 girls. 45 mins in the guys decided to go smoke, so we did we come back, we decided to hang out up top on the "rails" so my friend tries to go and grab his beer that he left at the seat. A diffent native american female usher asks him for his ticket, my friend didn't think anything of it, hands her his ticket, (she did not give it back to him, instead she put it in her pocket) and he walks down to grab his beer, returns back up while the girls remain in the seats. He comes back up, we chat for a second, hang out and decide to go back down so we tried, the F***ING same usher asks him for his ticket that she NEVER gave back to him, he explained that she had the ticket. I overhear *as watched before what happened and seen she never gave back the ticket. She processed to call security as we tried to explain what happened *as if it was possible to sneak people in as security is worse than tsa to get in.. Security. This 65 year old john cena wanna be looking guy comes up. We explain what happened saying the usher has our friends ticket. HE in a very rude manner explains we are to drunk to understand what's happening, and yells at us saying the usher doesn't have our friends ticket, and calls the "manager" or "problem solver" he tells us if we can provide a ticket our friend can stay.. again we tell him the usher has our ticket. And he didn't believe us.. as if we threw his ticket over the wall to someone else to get in? He said we snuck in... when the 9 of us provided tickets minus one.. he called for EXTRA SECURITY TO ESCORT US OUT OF THE BUILDING.. my friends came from sedona/cottonwood.. to be kicked out in 45 mins..?? This is ABSOLUTE BULLSH*T THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL BE A THE STADUIM.. I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT COMES INTO WHISKEY ROWS ABOUT THIS!!!! THANKS FOR DESTROYING A GREAT NIGHT!!!!! but no one cares to do anything about it.. 450 dollars down the drain thanks guys... I'll tell people to watch everything from home!!!! read more

my husband & i witnessed a man in all white security suit pointing his finger in a young ladies face.by the look of his face he was yelling at her. the young women was holding a red "no bag" sign & wearing a blue s.a.f.e shirt so we assumed she worked at the stadium. the young lady began to walk away from the man who was standing in her face yelling at her. he followed behind her and tried to grab her arm to pull her back. she walked passes the security checked where he continued to follow her and then even blocked her access. it was around 40 mins before the cardinals game began. my husband who continued to see the young women trying to leave watched the man follow her and block the doors and entry ways that she tried to pass it was very disturbing behavior. me and my husband sam stood in the distance and watched. soon after a women in a red shirt and uniform comes up to the girl and began talking to her. soon the girl in the blue shirt walked off with the lady staff member wearing a red shirt. my husband told me wait as he walked up the man who he saw trying to grab the young women and pointing in her face! he pretended to ask him a question so that he could get his information to report him. my husband came back and told me his name was JOE G. says he works part-time at the stadium. he was wearing all white with a watch on and he has a beard with brown or dark green eyes. this young man embarrassed, followed and harassed, yelled at and tried to physically attack a younger women all while hundreds of children, teens and elders walk the arena trying to enjoy our day! what a disgusting site indeed! read more

The domed stadium from the inside was nice. Cold though so you should bring a jacket. Why did I rate this 1 star? Maybe 1.5 stars because it's nice from the inside but the staffs are AWFUL and not helpful. I'm deaf myself. My boyfriend and I wasn't able to read the closed captions clearly since our seating was on 400 level, all way back from the football field. We asked the guest service if we could sit in the ADA section or anywhere closer to the field so we could read the closed captions. They REFUSED to even look for any other seats for me and my boyfriend. They just shrugged it off. Then we asked for the supervisor. She came. Guess what? Even the supervisor (Shannon M.) made a lot of faces, rolled her eyes a several times, and gave us a horrible attitude. This is a serious discrimination. Anyways, there were a lot of empty seats in the ADA section. But we had to sit all way back and struggled with reading/understanding what's going on in the field. This is a truly awful stadium to watch a basketball game in. I had lower level seats for the Final Four and we still had to watch much of the game on the big screen. Last year, in Houston, we had lower level seats and the sight lines and ability to watch the game were much better. Also, as other commenters have noted, the food lines were slow and they ran out of food frequently. Lastly, in Houston, the center display with its drop down 360 degree curtain with projected video on it were impressive. Nothing like that here. Most stadiums (Memphis Sweet Sixteen last week, NRG last year, etc.) have much better in game statistical displays. I had to load the box score on my phone in order to see stats with ease. Three positives: Parking was reasonable, the Westgate retail center next door was pretty cool and the internet service in the stadium was good and reliable. But overall, I hope they never hold another Final Four here and even if UNC is in it again, if it is Phoenix I doubt I will attend. read more

Good luck on finding any information trying to call them! I've been trying to call for 3 days and only get voicemail! Spent over 2 hours on their website to find out if mobility scooter is permitted inside arena. Have handicap tickets and don't no if I can use it. The crappie website says they can give a handicap person a ride to the entrance and there you can get loaner wheelchair (if one is available) are you kidding me, if one is available. And there is the bull crap restrictions on every thing you do like clear plastic bags to put your stuff in, wouldn't that be great if you have kids with stuff plus your stuff! My response is hell no, I will (never) go to that facility, ever, enough is enough of that ridiculous treatment of patrons, and to top it off $20-$30 to park in there parking lot! It amazes me that people put up with this much crap just to go there, stay home and watch something on TV! read more

Went to the Steelers game against the Cardinals on Sunday. Had a great experience at the stadium. Getting into the parking lots was easy and love the FREE parking. Wondered around the parking lots before the game enjoying the tailgating that was going on. Lots of grass and open space. Entered the stadium with no wait and made our way to our seats. Sat in the endzone. Nice seats. Everything was done well. Temperature was very comfortable. Plenty of choices on eats and drinks. We just had a couple hot dogs and popcorn...nothing to exciting but they were good. Was not looking forward to the long wait to get out of the parking lot, but LOVED the surprise of how easy it was go get out of the lots and back on the freeway. Really enjoyed our day! read more

Went to the Chargers season opener here. What an amazing stadium. I can't believe they can keep it a nice 75 degrees inside when its 110 outside. Very impressive. Food was great but the staff didn't seem to know how to hustle and move the lines. Took me 30 minutes in line to get a beer. I also can't give the 5th star because the parking lot layouts make zero sense. We asked 5 different gate attendants where the blue parking lot was located and got 5 different answers. Also there is ZERO SHADE in the parking lots. I know this place is relatively new, but they should really plant some trees here and there to give people a break. They would get many more tailgaters if there was any shade to be found. read more

If you want to visit a stadium that looks like a poor UFO effect from a 1950's movie on the outside and feels like a concrete coffin on the inside with amenities from the 1970's, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! My son and daughter-in-law sat in the club section and they and all of the opposing team fans were assaulted by a fat, drunk, hillbilly bitch while the usher ignored the situation. We don't need to pay $2,000 to feel uncomfortable. Domes are for pussies, and when you build them to be sound chambers that give the home team an unfair advantage, you have one more example of a league that doesn't give a shit about the fans. read more

State Farm Arena is an impressive venue with a great atmosphere for games and concerts. The seating offers good views from almost every angle, and the food and drink options are solid, with plenty of variety. The energy during events is electric, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, parking and traffic on game days are a nightmare. It can take forever to get in and out, so plan to arrive early or consider alternative transportation. Once you're inside, though, it's a fantastic experience. Overall, a great venue, but the parking situation definitely needs improvement. read more

Me and my girlfriend went to New York Jets vs Arizona Cardinals 10/17/16 -- Monday Night Football. We are Deaf and we are ticketed to sit at 435 section but we had hard time reading the closed captions so we've came to guest service and asked about ADA seats. They refused and Shannon M. who is the manager of Guest Service said with attitude to us "Sorry but we can't help you" but there's so many empty ADA seats. We watched the game and barely able to read closed captions. Very deeply disappointed and will contact ADA soon to process something. read more

This is such a great stadium. Easy to find your seats, great staff and I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. I just saw the Cardinals v. Patriots game this last weekend which was great. Like most stadiums the food and beverages were expensive but the vibe was positive and super family friendly. Parking was expensive in the area so it makes sense to get a hotel and walk over if you are coming from out of town. Thumbs up and I can't wait to come back for more games. read more

We went here to a GNR concert in August while visiting from Florida. The place is amazing. I can't believe how comfortable it was with 100+ degree outside. GNR rocked and the sound this place provides is out of this world. They run a good operation here. Lots of food and drink places to pick from and great entertainment. Sitting in the stands is great. Sitting down by the floor was bad but who was sitting anyways. One of the best stadiums I've ever been to. read more

I was there over the weekend for a home and garden show and found myself in the clutches of your food vendors and their outrageous pricing. University of Phoenix Stadium has some great sightlines, and AZ fans welcome out of towners, even though Giants fans outnumbered them boith days I was there. Food choices are good, but the main grandstand requires too many steps before and after the game. But the ball carries well, as the Giants hit a few homeruns, for a change!. read more
