Been a fan since the team moved here. The first 5 seasons, I would ride my bike over to Sun Devil Stadium and get tickets from scalpers if I didn't already secure some from friends. Then my wife and I bought our season tickets in 1993, and we have been enjoying gameday experiences ever since. Of course, the new stadium was a big change, and we have seen so many fun games at the new place. We enjoy the cooler weather to start the seasons but wish the roof was open more than it has been. The whole point of the roof was to provide us with a cool place to play in the hottest months when the seasons start. Then it is supposed to be open the rest of the time. Playing in the building with the roof closed when the outside weather is beautiful makes no sense. Football is generally supposed to be played outdoors, IMHO. Kind of stuffy to play it in an industrial building with a closed roof. We have met many new friends since the games shifted over to Glendale and still see many friends from the SDS days. There's just something about the gameday experience and supporting the Cards in person that a big screen TV at home cannot compete with. Love that they have added some better drink options over the years so we can drink some non-soda drinks, like lemonade and Vitamin Water. Great popcorn deals as well. The organization assigned me three different customer service representatives in one year but I could not rely on any of them to follow up and keep me updated about my purchase. After I had placed a deposit on tickets, I was told by the sales agent that I could have four ADA-compliant seats - but when I went back to select them, there were none. Rather than finding us a solution, they asked if my daughter could walk down stairs. This violates the accessibility guidelines. When I asked for a refund because of the misleading information provided to me, they told me that there were no exceptions to their no-refund policy. I was provided a workaround: my daughter would sit in a separate section (section 106) while the other three of us sat in different sections. However, for many of the games, that section was occupied by individuals who did not appear to have mobility issues, and the staff refused to do anything about it. Now we have asked for a refund for credit owed, and the last correspondence was 3/18. Save your money. read more

There are no bad seats in the place, you don't get hidden behind pillars or walls. I've been to a few stadiums, we have the most open concept so far. I wish the roof was open more often. But I do love the a/c in the summer. They used to sell coffee. I haven't found any this year yet, but it's only my second game of 2021 so hears to hoping. I'm on a DD list, so it's a really nice option. The restrooms are cleaned often, before and since covid. I enjoy coming to the games, this is my 16th season now. Can't really say much about the Cardinals themselves but for the office staff and media team I wish I could give you 10 stars. Dec 23rd 2018 we took my 96 year old WWII veteran FIL to his first live NFL game. We donated to the Cardinals Charities and we put the following message on the score board "honouring WWII Veteran Carl F attending his first NFL game" A day before we received a call asking where we were sitting as the media team were going to attempt a close up at the same time but could not promise anything. We told dad just as we entered the 1st break and at the time of the scoreboard messages, the message was posted to the board and a huge cheer came out from the crowd... the announcer then read the sign out and people started to cheer, stand and applaud Just as the camera went on my Dad the people in front decide this was a good time to stand up and block us. Thankful that the media team came back to us and my dad was able to stand and salute the cheering crowd. Due to the people in front we could not get a great photo or video however the media team followed up a few days later with some fantastic photos for us. During half time we attempted to walk through the stadium... my dad was stopped by so many people who recognise him from the score board and they were excited to shake his hand and thank him for his service in person. Total jerks! They put a "Cheer & Boo" survey on the screen and asked for the crowd to cheer or boo what was on the screen. Being as how it's almost Veterans Day, they put the soldier Pat Tillman who lost his life to friendly fire on the screen asking to either boo or cheer (where many didn't know the story or recognize him). This was my very first-ever NFL game in person. It was the PERFECT way to celebrate Christmas Eve & with one of my dearest friends no doubt! The Cardinals played a very good game for their last home outing of the 2017 season. For Bruce Arians, it meant retirement on the horizon, & same for Carson Palmer. I took in every sight & sound, soaking in all of the excitement of an NFL atmosphere & really enjoyed my time at the game. Since my last review the rules have gotten much more relaxed. That same bag I brought last time is ok (my bag was 1 inch too big last time and now they aren't as crazy about an extra inch). The stadium is nice and cool so bring a jacket if you are dressed for an AZ summer. My only current complaint is that they have so few options for people like me who are allergic to hops. My allergy has been getting worse and worse to the point where even smelling an IPA can make my throat start to swell. For wines they have Chardonnay (ew!) and Merlot (my second least favorite wine- offer a Cab like everyone else!). The small kiosks that sell ciders and wine coolers are never open, sold out, or have the longest lines. I've been coming weekly for practice games and I see the drinks in the fridge cold and ready for customers to purchase, but they are closed. Move one person over there and sell me something other than shitty wine and beer! I normally just get the Merlot and watch the practice while looking for a place with a nice wine menu to get dinner at once it is over. Today, August 7th, while on a bike ride with our 9 year old grandson, we stopped on the sidewalk on 95th Ave just north of Bethany Home to watch the Cardinals on the practice field. Now keep in mind the side walk is a public sidewalk along 95th Ave. There are no signs telling you that you can not stop, stand, or watch the Cardinals. So we see this security person walking toward us from about 50 yards away. We continue to watch and listen to there loud music that can be heard 1/2 a mile away. The security guard approaches and begins to tell us that we are not allowed to be there and we have to leave. When I ask why we have to leave a public sidewalk that is not posted, she gets nasty and says that she is calling to police to have us removed. If you don't want people to stop and watch go inside!!! By the way you may want to check with Glendale PD before you threaten people, because I did and I have every right to be there. read more

My wife and I tried to go to a practice today just to see what it is like. Security wouldn't let us in because my wife's purse was too big. It is 4" x 6". It was very frustrating as all other venues we have been to had no problem with it. Afterwords I looked at the Cardinals requirements on their website (4 1/2 x 6 1/2 is fine) but this guy had a 4" x 4" piece of paper in his pocket that he pulled out. Unfortunately we won't be back. The guy was a jerk. I expressed my disgust with a few choice words and left. A 4" x 6" purse seems to be a huge deal for the cardinals security. read more

Training camp...cool to practice in AC, and even cooler we can watch them live in AC :-) I've never been to an indoor footfall stadium, so neato, especially on a 100+ degree day. The exterior reminded me of an industrial tin can, a whole lotta soda can bottoms welded together. I guess I was expecting a more attractive "coating". Quite different from Raiders training camp. No tickets needed, open to the public at the actual home stadium. Free parking, free entry, concessions are open. Since it is indoor at their own stadium, they play background noise (like a stadium full of fans, cheering), to mimic the noise level of a live stadium so players can acclimate to noise while making the calls. Oh, and you can sit WHEREVER you want in the stadium !! read more

Been a season ticket holder since the move to the new Cards Stadium. When it comes to an entertaining experience you can not go wrong with the Cards and the University of Phoenix Stadium. The food choices are great...I would go with their monster size nachos on the south side of the stadium or honey bear bbq on the north side. Every seat view is good, but if I was being picky, I would look on stubhub for handicap lower level seats (row 41). Anyone can use them, the seats are cushioned, and no one standing in front of you. Only because it was half an inch bigger than the index card the guy was holding. Once we got thru there, I asked for a manual pat-down for medical reasons. Man we went to the broncos VS cardinals game and the thing is i have had season tickets for 5 years now and i have never been treated with so much respect! The guys name was Nick Erikson and i know because i made sure to ask him because he had the best customer service! I had a simple question asking him the best way to get to the red zone? Nick took the time to make sure me and my family got to the red zone but he made sure we were all okay! Didn't really expect this but he made us feel like VIP.
