Care is exquisite. Office staff are wonderful. Dr Rhee is Great. As well as all the assistants.

This place is all about taking your money. Been going to this dentist for 4 years and I will never go again. They left me with out a crown since I had it replaced, it broke 6 months later. They never offered a solution or to refund me. I had to ask for the refund. Long story, they work with a automated confirmation system and I texted to cancel the day of, I got sick So what they do they send me a $25 cancellation bill. I can say that I have paid them thousands through out the years I been seeing them and one cancellation with In The 24 hour policy they bill me $25. I talked to the administrator Karina and she was always nice to me since I paid my bills on time. But once I pushed back on this BS $25 bill she became a different person. With this place I will tell you, you will never get the same cleaning person or dentist, it's all about the money. I told karina I will pay them the $25 in Pennie's and she simply shrugged her shoulders. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT UR TEETH, they only want your insurance and all of your money. read more

Let's just say it was a surprise I wasn't sold new wiper blades. Went in as a self pay patient, at $700, to have a tooth extracted/root canal, the procedure was stopped and someone gave me an estimate for a tooth which was not near or part of my actual visit. They scheduled me to go back two weeks later, for this unrelated tooth. Not the tooth which needed to be extracted / or root canal and was abscessed visibly and swollen. Went back to have it attended to and was provided an estimate of $1850 for an extraction. After more drilling, and a temporary spackled on which just fell off as soon as I left. This is exactly why I fear going to the dentist. read more

I found this practice on Groupon, which should've been my first red flag. You really do get what you pay for. I've never experienced such pain in my life and I'm no stranger to dental work. They took X-rays and told me I needed to redo a crown. The temporary they put in place was terrible and didn't extend to the gum line. It looked gross and felt even worse. The office couldn't even fill a prescription to a pharmacy I've used my entire life. They first sent it to the wrong location and then claimed they couldn't reach anyone at the correct one to fill it, which is just absurd. The dentist Dr. Rhee was nice enough but was in and out of the room throughout every visit, because he was attending to other patients simultaneously.I question their protocol because the hygienist didn't know how to use the equipment to take a 3D scan, it kept shutting off and it took multiple people to figure it out. Upon returning to have my crown put in, they canceled my appointment without any contact stating the dentist wasn't in. I received a text to confirm which I did the night before, the front desk said they tried to reach me "multiple times" which was a straight up lie. I took off from work for no reason. I will never return to this office and urge you to look elsewhere for dental work. read more

I purchased a Groupon for a cleaning and an exam here. I was pleased there were several positive reviews and was prepared for a good experience since I have great teeth (never a cavity in 50 years, no braces, no issues ever.) STRIKE ONE: They were 45 minutes late taking me despite my calling ahead to ensure they were on schedule. (I do NOT like waiting.) STRIKE TWO: I had the WORST cleaning experience I've ever had. Unfortunately, I didn't get the long, dark-haired woman's name as she never introduced herself. She was unbelievably rough. She cracked my lip (drew blood!) when she over-aggressively stretched my lip to the right. She has the heaviest touch of any hygienist ever. Several times throughout the cleaning she hit teeth she wasn't working on as she was careless as well as thoughtless. When I said she was hurting me, she complained about how much tarter was on my teeth. I do not recommend this place for a cleaning. The dentist herself seemed fine, nice enough. Since I have zero dental issues, I went for the cleaning and was terribly disappointed in the service. read more

Purchased a groupon for cleaning, x-rays, and an exam due to a tooth ache. The hygenist with long dark hair, don't know her name because she didn't quite bother to introduce herself, was incredibly rough. She dug around my mouth to clean like she was doing gardening work! She yanked my lip so hard and when I winced she proceeded to tell me she need to clean my mouth and that I need to relax! I wish I had said something to her in that moment but I thought I was being a big baby if I did. I have had my teeth cleaned in the past but it was not this unpleasant. The rest of the staff and Dr. G were super nice and hence the two stars. read more

Dr. Rhee and his entire staff do great work and has an amazing bedside manner. He makes you feel calm and reassured. I am not the greatest patient and I really do not like going to the dentist, but he makes it tolerable and painless. The Hygienist Brianna is also excellent and really did a great job with my cleaning today. Between the expertise of Dr. Rhee and Briana the hygienist, this place is a great Dental practice. Oh, and one more thing the wonderful staff at the front desk and billing are the cherry on the cake. Super friendly and professional!! read more

The best dentist group that i have been too!! They all make you feel warm and welcome each visit. Dr. Coleen is awesome and made me feel really comfortable during my first visit, she walked me through the process explaining everything so well. Liz, my dental hygienist was very nice, friendly and is very gentle in doing my deep cleaning, always checking if im okay. They take good care of their patients, hence I am looking forward to future visits. Thanks for taking away my phobia you guys are all awsome! read more

Went to see Dr Colleen as she was referred to me by a friend. She was very attentive and took care of my dental needs. I will be coming back here as I'm very comfortable making her my dentist as Staten Island is very close to me. I recommend her to family and friends. read more

I had my first visit to this dentist today after finding them on google. I scheduled my cleaning and x Ray exam yesterday and the friendly staff was able to take me today. Once I arrived the wait time was very short and the waiting area was comfortable and sunny. The staff called me into the room in about 10 minutes for my x ray exam and cleaning. I am very happy with my visit and had a great experience. read more
