For many years, I've had some ups and down with dental service. Trying to find a new dentist was not something I was looking forward to. Just thinking of painful dental procedures makes me feel uneasy. I found out I had three wisdom teeth and one of them was giving me an uncomfortable pain. To get this over with, I was searching online for an experienced and confident dentist that will honestly put their patients first. And that's where the team at Jane Yang Dental excelled in my books. From the receptionist, to the assistant, to the dentist. Service was great every visit. There were no issues with speaking English here. During the pandemic, the staff is fully protected with proper PPE, must wash hands in the bathroom first, temperature taken upon arrival, plexiglass around the front desk, short questions and waiver to sign off on, sanitized areas etc. Making appointments were simple and it had always worked out in my favor. Dr. Ho is the best dentist I've ever encountered. He's very kind, informative and confident. You'll know you'll be in good hands under his care. If you're not too sure about something, just ask him and he will definitely clarify it for you. Due to a negative experience with Dr. Katie Lim at another Jane Yang location and then an unbelieveably rude receptionist when my mother tried to book at the Bay Parkway location, I was almost going to seek my family's dental services elsewhere. But I saw many positive reviews for Dr. Ho and wanted to give them one final try. Dr. Ho was fantastic. He was a busy body, but he listened carefully to my mom's concerns, he explained her situation and went over her options, and he explained what he was doing and made sure she was as comfortable as she could be throughout the process. None of these describe our experience with Dr. Lim. The dental assistant with Dr. Ho was also empathetic and helpful; she noticed my mom had sensitivity rinsing with cold water, didn't rush her, and made sure a sensitivity toothpaste was prescribed. I would continue to visit and recommend dental services here, with caution. Some of the receptionists, Dr. Ho, and the assistant during our last visit are 5/5 stars. But one particular receptionist and Dr. Lim would have us running the opposite way. read more

Very nice dental office. Everyone is very friendly. They still have full covid precautions so I feel safe. They go by appointment only so you wouldn't get stuck in a crowded office and with long wait times. Dr. Ho who I saw for my cleaning is very professional. He make sure you know what needs to be done and you ok with the changes before he starts. He will tell you every step he is doing while he is working on you for your peace of mind. Can't thank Dr.Ho and assistant Michelle enough for the pleasant trip to the dentist. I am very afraid to go to dentist for many reason. My elderly mother hasn't been to the dentist for many years and there was quite some work that needed to be done. She needed to have her remaining teeth removed and get a set of dentures. Because of some difficulties with fitting, the process took longer than expected and she had to be without teeth for months, which was a little frustrating. But Dr. Ho communicated with the lab techs and things worked out at the end. Overall, Dr. Ho has been informative and patient with my mom during this time. Just had my second wisdom tooth extraction done today by Dr.Ho and it was just as great of an experience as last time. Dr.Ho, the receptionist and medical assistant are incredibly experienced and know exactly what they're doing. The procedure itself was quick and smooth with minimal pain. I just had a wisdom tooth extraction this morning. Dr. Ho was very patient and understood that I was very nervous and scared about the extraction. So he's super nice and gentle during the whole process. I didn't feel any pain during the extraction at all. He also reminded me to take one pain killer 1 hr before the appointment in order to reduce the pain. The staff also were patient and friendly talking to me and helping me. DO NOT COME HERE if u want to experience rude receptionist! Came here as walk-in because my gums were swollen and killing me!! So I came here hoping to be seen and for some relief but there was an issue with my health insurance so the receptionist wrote me an address to another dentist that would be able to see me for emergency cases. Went to the address provided and it wasn't a dental office at all, it was for a apartment building!! So I called the office to confirm the address and the same receptionist simply brushed me off saying " well if u can't find it, then just call your insurance and ask them" how rude of her!! Yeah sure just brush me off while I'm in agonizing pain!!! Oh and the btw the receptionist spoke mandarin and very poor English so if u want to be heard clearly don't expect her to. Will never come back to this dental office and I highly DO NOT recommend this clinic. Receptionists represent the office and should be pleasant to patients, new or old, I work for a medical facility as well and I never ever will treat patients as rudely as she!!!!!!! read more
