Called many mold mitigation companies, but only one responded. Thankfully it was the right company. Sean sent his mold inspector Jacob out to assess, who discovered a few holes in the roof where it met that wall. He found water behind the drywall. Turned out that the entire wall and part of the roof needed to be replaced. That team worked quickly and efficiently. Another team came out and replaced the drywall. Wow! Finally, another team removed all of my many frames, canvases, paints, easels, old paintings, etc. to a storage trailer, painted the entire studio, and when dry, carefully returned all of the stuff and took with them the plastic covers and debris. I am truly grateful to have had this company come when others wouldn't, and then to have them do such a spectacular job. Amazing! Set a date for for the next Monday. Two men showed up a little early! Very professional looking equipment mounted in truck. I showed the what needed to be done, and they went to work. Cleaned everything I asked them to, moved furniture without complaint, cleaned one area I thought was beyond hope (got it spotless!), and were done in about 3 hours.
