We had time to kill...Well. Our bright idea turned dumb and we got the car stuck in the snow trying to leave. Called Williams towing company and they came to get us for $120 (it took him an hour to get us back to the road, which was about a mile). The guy was really nice and thanked us for being patient. We in turn thanked him for coming to our rescue. 5 stars for being a life saver since we tried for an hr to get out. Minus 5 stars for us because we made such a dumba$$ decision to go down there. At least the bridge was pretty.

I had my front brakes replaced and my tires rotated at a local company. Then, while driving just a few miles from that facility, my car started making a horrendous grinding noise. I immediately stopped and called a towing company. They said they would call back in a few minutes to let me know when they would get my car and me to take back to the place that had worked on it. After a half hour with no return call, I called Statewide Towing. Andrew, the owner, was there within 15 minutes. In addition to loading my car on his flatbed, he pointed out what my problem was with the front right tire. And, when we got back to the repair facility, he pointed out the problem to the staff. Based on his information, the repair facility paid for the tow, and immediately fixed the problem at no charge. In short, Statewide Towing is a great company, and Andrew is fantastic. They are now my go-to whenever I need road service. You can depend on them!

He never made good on this, he just lied and lied and gave excuse after excuse. Oh, and I had to take it to the dealership in Traverse City because he don't bolt back down the supercharger and he almost cost me my engine. He's a burnt out, red neck, with a hillbilly junk yard. Three months ago I had my car delivered to these guys. After two months I was really surprised they…read morenever called me. I gave them a call and they said they had a wrong number. They told me the number they were calling must have been incorrect and said they left messages, voicemails, etc which wasn't possible because the number they claimed to be calling was a disconnected number, proving they were lying straight to my face about leaving messages. After all this was resolved they hit me with a $3500 quote. I get a call that the work has been completed and get a ride over to their shop (over an hour away) the car wouldn't start and couldn't even be jumped. I leave the car and get another ride back home. They call me a few days later and say they fixed the issue. I go all the way back out there again to pick the car up. After saying they were going to fix the issue on them because it was their mistake, they charged me for the labor. On my way back with the car it stalled out while going 50mph 4 times and was struggling to start back up. The next day the car didn't even start at all. In my attempt to bring the car back to them today it broke down and wouldn't start at all. Bringing it somewhere else seems like the best idea. I will not be coming back and will be letting others know not to go to them. On top of everything they put their oily hands on the cloth of my door card. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
