This company didn't pick up initially either -- but what really stood out was that they called me right back as soon as they saw the missed call. That alone already set them apart. They told me they could come within an hour, and they arrived exactly as promised. They came prepared with a snow shovel machine and were ready to work immediately. It was a father-and-son style team -- his dad (in his 50s) and his cousin (in his 20s). I was honestly impressed seeing them run a family business together and helping each other out. It felt trustworthy and professional. We had agreed on a price to clear just one parking spot in the driveway and clean snow off one car, leaving the rest. But to my surprise, they went above and beyond and shoveled the entire three-car driveway without charging extra. They worked quickly and did a thorough job. Reliable, responsive, hardworking, and generous with their effort. I would absolutely recommend them and will be calling them again next time!

I inquired to him I would call the taxi station a block or two away to send a car for me, His reply to me was "that's not my problem."I alerted him about my EB & he jams his foot down on it causing it to completely lock up!
