I brought this to their attention on several occasions. Speaking with the manager (Kayla, the owners daughter) is a horrifying experience. She speaks as if she is above reproach. Daddy's little girl will eventually drive daddy's business "out of business". This is Not the same company I and many other businesses have been working with for decades. This is "their new generation". In other words, the spoiled children for the original owners who have zero knowledge of how to properly run a business. And zero respect for long time clients and customers. P.S. At this point there is no need to even comment regarding the gaming portion of their business. It goes without saying that the above mentioned info applies to gaming as well. I am in the process of transferring all of my business to other companies.
