I will never bring my car back to Static Motorsports again. and I wont refer anyone to them as well. I brought my Tesla Model 3 to get ceramic coated, tinted, and chrome delete. I am happy with the ceramic coating, semi content with the chrome delete as most of it is starting to peel away, and extremely disappointed with the tinting. I was not aware at the time but Static Motorsports outsources a lot of the work and tinting is one of them. I had to bring my vehicle to be re-tinted three times, as there were air bubbles, debris between the film and window, scratches in the tint, a bug between the window and film, and when the film didn't reach the ends of the window it was filled in with sharpie. I am currently still dealing with spare on my window and scratched tint, which is how they gave me a finished product. Tinting was $450 dollars and I have yet to get my issues resolved after it being a month after my original service. Words of advice never bring your vehicle here. It's worth paying a little more to go somewhere else. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I ordered a rocket bunny V3 kit for my BRZ through them initially wanting to go with them for the whole installation and wrap as well. I had seen there work and it looked good. All the reviews were pretty good too. The kit should have taken 2-3 months to receive. I ordered my kit at the end of September. When I started asking if there was an updated ETA around the end of December Anthony had told me it was a little delayed and should be shipping after the holidays in the new year. Which I was completely ok with. But then a month later it still had not shipped and when I asked he said it should be shipping any time now. And a few weeks later I asked again, and got the same response. At this point he was taking a week or sometimes 2 to even respond to me. Finally in March I got the e-mail saying my kit had shipped, and on the 22nd I got the email that it had been delivered to them. So I drove to got pick it up. However when I called Anthony, he said it was not there and FedEx still had my kit. When I asked him if I could just pick up the kit myself from the fedex facility he said he already called FedEx and asked them and that I couldn't. He said when the kit get there he will call me. So at this point I didnt believe that he called them so I called my self and sure enough they said I could come to pick it up. So after waiting 6 months I finally had my kit. I am so happy I have my kit now but I wish I would have just ordered it directly through Pandem to save me the headache of dealing with Static Motorsports. read more

These guys do an amazing job, starting from getting a quote with Tannah she was very knowledgeable on their products and services and responded to my questions right away. I waited at their store while my work was being done and I was first welcomed by Dallen (Shop Manager) and he was able to start working on my car right away providing great service as well, while I was waiting for my car I got to talked to the Anthony (Owner) which he provided amazing service from the very beginning and he was also working on my car. Overall I am super happy with the quality of the work that was done to my car and with the service they provided to me while I was there. I bought some ksport coilovers and was eager to get them installed. I called around and people were asking almost half of what the coils cost me to install them, also everywhere was almost two weeks out before they could see me. I called static and not only did they get me in the same week, the gave me a phenomenal price, and they stuck to that price. They also took my car to get an alignment (I have a busy schedule) and my Mazdaspeed 3 rides perfectly. I will absolutely be going back to static. Thanks Anthony. Static did an amazing job on my brand new Lexus, I got a chrome delete on the whole vehicle and they re-wrapped my deck lid spoiler that the dealership messed up, and my mirrors as well in carbon fiber! Not only that, but they used a superior quality vinyl than what the dealership where I bought the car used and their prices are fair and they WILL get competitive to earn your business. They will actually talk to you and get to know you personally rather than treat you as just a customer. They go out of their own way to help you in any way possible, I was in a rush for a car meet and they got everything done within the same day. Would definitely recommend! First off I am writing this review because I know at least for myself this kind of information is vital when deciding to use a business or not. I have waited over a month to write this because I thought I would give Static a chance to make it right, boy was I wrong. I came to Anthony and Static with my car to remove a vinyl wrap from my vehicle. The job was done quickly and I was able to get my car in a day. When I returned to pick up my car I noticed that my side skirt had 3 puncture holes in it where someone had tried to put the part back on but had drilled through the part. I asked Anthony about it and he insisted that those were there prior to me brining the vehicle in. Later, I dug up photos of the car only a week prior and it clearly showed that the holes were not there to prove it to them. I called him with the photos and asked for it to be fixed. It bothered me in the first place that someone in that shop let the car go out of the shop like that in the first place knowing of the damage that they did. They did not even fix the car, they just wrapped over it on both sides to make it look even... After this I get the car home and notice a huge wheel rash on my rim, I call Anthony again that night and of course, there is denial. That weekend I am detailing the car and find that my back passenger window control unit is completely missing, and I mean gone. I call him again and he tries to tell me that I bought an awful vehicle and that it has been put together poorly and there is a lot wrong with it and I am blaming him for everything.... Nothing was never discussed with me ever in the first appointment and also me missing my window control is a big deal? Why wouldn't you point this out to me and everything else that is supposedly wrong with the car while you discovered it? Awful customer service. He offers for me to come by the shop for him to break down everything and look at it and offer solutions to fix them. I have tried now for multiple weeks to get into contact with them and have no communication from them. I will never recommend Static to anyone. Anyone that does not want their car abused and wants good customer service do not go here. It is safe to say I will never work with them again. read more
