What stood out to me was the level of professionalism, character, and leadership Gary demonstrated throughout the entire interaction. There was a very slight misunderstanding regarding the services believed to have been paid for. Now, let's be honest--situations like that can go sideways very quickly. Most places get defensive, frustrated, or even confrontational when a customer believes they're right (even if they might not be entirely correct). I've seen it happen many times. Gary was the complete opposite. Instead of reacting emotionally or becoming demanding, Gary handled the situation with an incredible level of humility and grace. He calmly asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand where I was coming from, and created an environment where the conversation felt respectful and productive--not tense or uncomfortable. That alone is rare. What impressed me even more was his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. There was zero ego involved--just a genuine desire to get clarity and make things right. You can't train that. That's character. Because of the way Gary handled this situation, it completely changed my perspective--not just about the business, but about how powerful it is when someone leads with professionalism, respect, and emotional intelligence. Anyone can look any information up on their phone and find the truth in seconds. so looking into someone's eyes and lying and saying a vehicle doesn't come with any upgrades when you have the car with the upgrade on your lot is pretty diabolical not to mention when I test drove the car. They brought another one out that was parked right in front with some guy looking at it to make it seem like oh no I better buy this car so quick someone else is gonna buy it. I kind of feel bad for the lower sales people basically they seem OK but their higher-ups are really smarmy. dismissive they creeped me out really so ladies please don't go to this place to buy a car and if you do go to sell your car do a trade-in make sure you don't just go to one but go to three places go to four, but don't ever go to this place.

Initially when he looked at my rim, he estimated it would…read moretake about an hour which would've been around $90 but if it took up to two hours it would be $180. Overall, I figured that was fine because I certainly love my car and I've had rim repair's in the past two other vehicles and the work has been great but I had done the work through a dealer. Michael came out and work hard in the sun but because the paint needed more time to dry despite being in the sun he had to come back another day. He came back the following week and work on the vehicle in my guess is all any probably spent as much as four hours doing the work. The challenge was that in the end I now have a rim with paint that doesn't match the rest of the rim and so it stands out almost more so than it did with the damage that was on it initially. I know he worked hard, and was very gracious about doing so, but in the end, I was disappointed with the result, and will now have to probably go to the dealer and pay more to get it painted. I feel bad because I know Michael worked hard and trying to make this work, but he said that it's almost impossible to get the paint that matches this rim. I just wish you would've told me that initially because I probably would've stopped it and have it done by the dealer rather than now having to have done both and paid twice . It is what it is, but I applaud him working hard. I just wish he would've informed me that it wasn't going to be what I thought it was. Perhaps if your car is not a high-end car, it may work out fine or what I would suggest is that you ensure that whatever is used is the same paint and that it will match .

Someone backed into me in my kid's school parking lot and scuffed up my front bumper and broke some of the brackets holding it on. I brought it down to Chris at Elite Automotive Finishes to take a look and get a quote. Chris and his staff are professional, friendly and really seem to care about me. It surprised me only because they have a bunch of high end cars there and mine is definitely not. He gave me a very fair price and even had one of the guys in the shop come up and "shore up" my bumper temporarily because I couldnt leave it with him just yet. When they were done they called me up to come down and look. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB!!!! The paint matched perfect and I am very happy with their work. I recommend him to everyone I know that could use their services. I even called the person that backed up into me and recommended him! This is a shop YOU CAN TRUST with your car. Thanks again Chris! I was referred to Elite by a friend and very grateful for that. The owner Chris Soehren was very personable, professional and passionate about his shop. My daughter was in a traffic accident with enough damage that nearly totaled her car. We met with Chris and he gave us clear direction on the process, what it was going to take to fix the car and updated us every step of the way (in addition to texting me progress pictures at every corner). Elite exceeded my expectations and the car came out operating and looking amazing. I highly recommend contacting Chris at Elite for anything from auto body repair to restoration (I saw a few classic car projects at the shop that has encouraged me to take my 1969 Firebird there in the future). Smashed the entire left side of my car into a tire wall at Bonderant. They worked with the insurance and a mechanic shop to get everything looking and running right. I guess my only complaint now is that the right side of the car doesn't look as good as the left. read more
