Their current winter "Port No 6" menu has drinks starting at $12 but you can tell they put a lot of care into each creation. We stopped by on a Wednesday before 6pm and they did offer $2 off tap beers so I got a zombie dust tulip for $5. Not bad! Staff are friendly but things may move a little slower due to the care they put into their cocktails. This is definitely reminiscent of island vibes. Wait for a good drink and relax at the bar or outer patio (which has heaters in the winter). Street parking is pretty easy to snag, even around dinner time. read more

Stopped by on a Friday night on the recommendation/persistence of local brewery staff and was pleasantly surprised by this spot. There was a wide variety of drinks options and reasonably priced as well. I ended picking the Zoinks cocktail based on the bartender recommendation. It was a slightly savory cocktail and a nice way to close out my evening. There was a decent sized crowd throughout the space. There is limited indoor space but its made up for with an outdoor fireplace and picnic table seating. I would happily return to Station No 6! read more

Tried Station No. 6 for the first time for the Yelp Event and it was a very nice experience. The special punch that was made was very good, and I'm not a gin person. The charcuterie board from West Allis Sausage and Cheese Shoppe was wonderful. The bakery was from The Bake Sale with just melt in your mouth deliciousness. The outside bartender was very friendly handing out the punch. They have a nice fire pit for those that can get the chance to find room near it. This is hands down one of my favorite bars. They just keep making it better too! I love their outdoor patio (which they've made bigger over the years) and the garage doors that can open up when it's nice out are awesome too. We've driven by Station No. 06 several times and knew we had to stop in sometime soon but kept missing it. They're not open late on Sundays and somehow it was always a Sunday when we were in the area. I'm so glad we finally made it in. This spot is the whole package. Great service meets amazing cocktails meets a charming patio. It's a delight. We stopped by on a Saturday evening and my cocktail companion and I both ordered Manhattans. They make their Manhattans with a mixture of rye and scotch and I'm convinced it's one of the best in town. They were bustling with folks but we were still able to find a table inside (it was a bit chilly out but they do have outdoor fires in the fall so next time we'll dress for the weather because who doesn't love a cocktail by the fire?!). We were treated to a nice boozy well balanced punch upon our arrival and then we had our choice of one of the drinks that is on the new summer menu. I attended my first Yelp Elite members event yesterday and this is actually my 2nd time here (before I joined Yelp). This is a nice patio theme bar. The drinks are amazing and strong. LOL The staff are very friendly in helping you choose a beverage of your choice. The service is very fast. There are at least three or four bartenders taking orders which keeps the line moving. They do serve bar bites however you can bring in food and they are pet friendly. They are open year round and there is a fire pit for those chill nights. read more

This was my first yelp event and I really enjoyed myself. First of all we checked in with Jessica and received our free drink token. Then we were handed a welcome punch which I found to be very strong. There was also a large charcuterie board and some desserts to munch on. It got pretty chilly out, and while they do have some fire pits outside they did get pretty crowded fast so we just went inside. This place seemed to be very dog friendly, even on the inside. It is one of my top destinations in the metro Milwaukee area. From the indoor/outdoor space (it's all heated), the vibe, the welcoming staff (LOVE Brad, Sam and Miles) and the seasonal selection of cocktails (plus always available staples) and beer, Station No. 06 is the place to go. Pro tip No. 01: If they have a slushie available, ORDER IT. Like immediately. I never thought it would be possible to get such a great cocktail out of a batched slushie machine, but they have proven me wrong. Pro tip No. 02: If you are someone who doesn't like gin, do yourself a favor and order one of their gin based cocktails. You'll be changed for life. I know I was. Dog friendly and amazing cocktails with a great atmosphere. We stopped in here on St Patricks day and they happened to be launching their new spring menu in addition to celebrating. We got most all of their new drinks to try and I couldn't be happier with the choice. While the Wilde River was my favorite, well balanced and incredibly fresh, the Grafton Street was an interesting spring cocktail. The Raglan Road was more fruity flavored than expected. This place is what cocktail dreams are made of. I've been here for drinks a few times and I've always gotten a different drink and have yet to be disappointed. They have a very seasonal cocktail menu and a standard menu that's year-round. They just rolled out a summer cocktail menu with so many different options. I got the Bunk Beds and it was summer in a glass! It was sweet, herbaceous, and truly sneaks up on you. My husband got a traditional Wisconsin-style brandy sweet old fashioned and he knocked it down and loved every sip. I can't wait to come back to try more of their summer menu (the one topped with a roasted marshmallow sounds SO good - you can see their menu on Instagram)!
