Stopped by for a post dinner drink and to catch up. They definitely boast a lot of cocktail creations and take pride in their homemade ingredients. Their current winter "Port No 6" menu has drinks starting at $12 but you can tell they put a lot of care into each creation. We stopped by on a Wednesday before 6pm and they did offer $2 off tap beers so I got a zombie dust tulip for $5. Not bad! Staff are friendly but things may move a little slower due to the care they put into their cocktails. Stopped by on a Friday night on the recommendation/persistence of local brewery staff and was pleasantly surprised by this spot. There was a wide variety of drinks options and reasonably priced as well. I ended picking the Zoinks cocktail based on the bartender recommendation. It was a slightly savory cocktail and a nice way to close out my evening. Tried Station No. 6 for the first time for the Yelp Event and it was a very nice experience. The special punch that was made was very good, and I'm not a gin person. The charcuterie board from West Allis Sausage and Cheese Shoppe was wonderful. The bakery was from The Bake Sale with just melt in your mouth deliciousness. The outside bartender was very friendly handing out the punch. This is hands down one of my favorite bars. They just keep making it better too! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love their outdoor patio (which they've made bigger over the years) and the garage doors that can open up when it's nice out are awesome too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They make AMAZING drinks- love their Allis Old Fashioned but their ever changing specials menu also can't be beat. One of, if not THE best cocktail bars in West Allis. They have a rotating themed menu of cocktails and frequent food related pop-ups. They also have wine, tap beer and some canned beers. The bartenders are friendly and fast. Their tiki menu is ending now, but they will have St Patrick's theme next. read more

We've driven by Station No. 06 several times and knew we had to stop in sometime soon but kept missing it. They're not open late on Sundays and somehow it was always a Sunday when we were in the area. I'm so glad we finally made it in. This spot is the whole package. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great service meets amazing cocktails meets a charming patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's a delight. We stopped by on a Saturday evening and my cocktail companion and I both ordered Manhattans. They make their Manhattans with a mixture of rye and scotch and I'm convinced it's one of the best in town. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were bustling with folks but we were still able to find a table inside[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] ([[HIGHLIGHT]]it was a bit chilly out but they do have outdoor fires in the fall so next time we'll dress for the weather because who doesn't love a cocktail by the fire?![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]). I cannot say enough good things about station number six. The yelp event was fantastic. We were treated to a nice boozy well balanced punch upon our arrival and then we had our choice of one of the drinks that is on the new summer menu. I ordered the Ocean Avenue and it was a perfect summer tiki drink. I would order it again even though I'd like to try the rest of the drinks on the menu,. I attended my first Yelp Elite members event yesterday and this is actually my 2nd time here (before I joined Yelp). This is a nice patio theme bar. The drinks are amazing and strong. LOL The staff are very friendly in helping you choose a beverage of your choice. The service is very fast. There are at least three or four bartenders taking orders which keeps the line moving. This was my first yelp event and I really enjoyed myself. First of all we checked in with Jessica and received our free drink token. Then we were handed a welcome punch which I found to be very strong. There was also a large charcuterie board and some desserts to munch on. This is one of those reviews I don't really want to make as it's getting hard enough to find a seat here, but Miles has done an amazing job leading this beer garden into THE cocktail spot. It is one of my top destinations in the metro Milwaukee area. From the indoor/outdoor space (it's all heated), the vibe, the welcoming staff (LOVE Brad, Sam and Miles) and the seasonal selection of cocktails (plus always available staples) and beer, Station No. 06 is the place to go. Pro tip No. 01: If they have a slushie available, ORDER IT. Like immediately. I never thought it would be possible to get such a great cocktail out of a batched slushie machine, but they have proven me wrong. Pro tip No. 02: If you are someone who doesn't like gin, do yourself a favor and order one of their gin based cocktails. You'll be changed for life. I know I was. Pro tip No. 02: On Friday's they open at noon, so finish your work day off here with their free WIFI. This is not my kind of bar. It has no identity or character and feels very generic. Station No. 06 is popular, so my taste is not universal. The liquor selection is weak, and I don't drink beer. That might make a difference. There is a large courtyard in front with an array of fire pits. People like that. The bar itself has no distinctive decor. I wish there were some cocktail bars on this stretch of Becher, which is one of the coolest neighborhoods in Milwaukee. read more

First visit and going to review because damn the service was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Hot fun in the summertime! On a kind of hot afternoon, we went with the Pineapple blended drink with gin, and it was sweet, cold and refreshing! Was given a taster to check it out first, which was nice. Plenty of indoor spaces, bar seating and a great patio! Station No. 06 has a great craft beer and mixed drinks menu, and pulls down the movie screen for Packers & Bucks games (I'm told). Was a little surprised at the early closing time, 5pm on a Sunday, but they were absolutely helpful and friendly in giving details about a few other places, and they really went above and beyond to be friendly (even at closing time). It's so great to see some fun, younger crowd pleasing, bars coming to west allis! When we stopped it, it was a tiki theme, which reminded me a lot of Wauwatiki, still great! Lots of drink options including one that you are limited to only having one of! They have a variety of fun cocktails, beers, and non alcoholic drinks. They don't serve food so it's hard to stay for a long time, but I hear that you can bring your own food in. They allow dogs, inside and out, and the patio has fire pits to warm you up on the chillier nights/ days. Excited to go back to try their next cocktail creations! The drinks here are worth the hype! We were looking for a place to get awesome cocktails and this spot did not disappoint. The cocktails are amazing. They're well balanced, the flavors are fun, and the specials menu changes regularly. The bartender was super nice and gave some great recommendations to try for our first visit. Just be aware, this isn't a place to get dinner or food. They specialize in drinks, so if you're hungry there's an awesome restaurant across the street you can stop at as well. Love Station No 6 from the get! The staff is super friendly, the inside seating is very cozy and fun and the patio is gorgeous both in the summer and winter. The cocktails are delicious- We got the Fra-gee-le and very festive, Christmas drink (the one with cranberries and mint), both delicious and very affordable. Dog friendly and amazing cocktails with a great atmosphere. We stopped in here on St Patricks day and they happened to be launching their new spring menu in addition to celebrating. We got most all of their new drinks to try and I couldn't be happier with the choice. While the Wilde River was my favorite, well balanced and incredibly fresh, the Grafton Street was an interesting spring cocktail. The Raglan Road was more fruity flavored than expected. Overall I love this place and will be sure to check out further events and cocktails here in the future. read more

This place is what cocktail dreams are made of. I've been here for drinks a few times and I've always gotten a different drink and have yet to be disappointed. They have a very seasonal cocktail menu and a standard menu that's year-round. They just rolled out a summer cocktail menu with so many different options. I got the Bunk Beds and it was summer in a glass! It was sweet, herbaceous, and truly sneaks up on you. My husband got a traditional Wisconsin-style brandy sweet old fashioned and he knocked it down and loved every sip. I can't wait to come back to try more of their summer menu (the one topped with a roasted marshmallow sounds SO good - you can see their menu on Instagram)! They're great to enjoy on the outdoor patio and the bartenders are always super friendly! read more

Do you love creative cocktails or shaken local favorites? Are you a beer or cider lover? What about bloodies? Do you like a little nosh or nibble with your tasty drink in hand? And, because, it's always nice to share a few recommendations, I'd suggest trying the Deer Hunter Bloody which is a robust flavored bloody with a cheese & cracker kabob, beef jerky, beef stick, mozzarella whips, pickle, olive, and celery on top, served with a Mobcraft chaser. I also suggest trying the TULL ME ABOUT IT, which features Tullamore Dew, Bourbon Barrel Maple, Pear, Meyer Lemon, and a Red Wine Float. Although I was there alone, I appreciated that there weren't a ton of TVs. There's also a back patio that would be awesome for the warmer weather. The staff engaged with me as well as other customers and I was left feeling comfortable. Whenever I'm back in the area, I'm sure I'll find myself at one of the bar stools.

The staff are always super friendly, offering advice and samples if you are having trouble deciding between beers. The wood and metal structure that makes up the vendor space is eye catching and classy, you can't miss it when you head over to Section 207. It is always well staffed to ensure folks can get up, get their beers, and get back to the game! If you enjoy WI craft beer, make your way over to Section 207 and grab a beer at Local Brews! H Mart was my favorite, followed by Ranch 99. Unfortunately, here in Wisconsin, I have to now drive nearly 10 miles to get to the closest Asian market! So when I heard Pan Asian was opening in my area (2-3 years ago), I literally marked my calendar for opening day. I'm so happy they're a part of the community now! First off, today, LOUIS deserves a big gold star (if not a raise, hint hint, management, lol). Not only did he stop what he was doing, but walked me over to what I was looking for. TWICE. No eye-rolling, no exasperated sighs - nope, he just said "sure, it's right over here..." THAT kind of customer support alone goes MILES for those who are new or unfamiliar with a place (as I was), and makes me want to return again soon! Like many Asian stores, Pan Asian had elements of "chaos" throughout the store - they were doing lots of stocking when I was there (mid-afternoon on a Wednesday), and the music was a bit too loud (Note to management: background music is supposed to be just that - in the background, quiet and atmospheric - not a dance club). As at other stores, Pan Asian needs to keep tabs on their price tags - many were missing, or the product above the price tag was NOT the product on the tag, or 2 different but similar products by the same brand with only one price tag made shopping a bit frustrating. But as I always do, I'll have a short list of 3-5 items, and end up leaving with a cartful. ‍ For me it's easy to spend a solid hour or more there, just oooh-ing and ahhh-ing over all the exotic items, the live fish, the interesting kitchen goods (even if I can't read 99% of the labels). I always try to leave with something new to me; today, it was pickled plums (I've started making sushi and onigiri at home, and heard pickled plums were a Japanese favorite with onigiri). They're awesome, but very salty, indeed. Their produce section is large, amazing, and FRESH. Hard to choose what to get from that section, as well as their bountiful flavorings, sauces, Speaking of, I was thrilled to find that the store also has an incredible sushi selection and yes, even onigiri too (though TBT the price was a bit steeper than I hoped, and I could not find any onigiri molds in their hard goods section). I must admit that several items I looked at throughout the store seemed rather pricey - not sure if that a tariffs thing, or an import thing - so I will stick with Woodman's for my "regular" shopping, while supplementing with more of the fun Asian items I find at Pan Asian!

Foreign candy and drinks? Check. Unique and quality produce? Check. Fresh and frozen meats and seafood? Check. Fresh baked specialty goods? All the kimchi? That kitchen gadget you needed but couldn't find? Triple check. Everything I normally purchase from closer Asian markets can be found here, but often in a wider selection. For example, I love hotpot. I generally buy Little Sheep brand and my local store has two non-spicy flavors. There were several at Pan Asia. As well as other brands in spicy and mild flavors. It's like Aldi vs Walmart. Yes Aldi has what you're looking for, but Walmart will probably have more variety. The place is large and can feel overwhelming at first. But once you have an idea of how everything is laid out it becomes easier to find what's on your list. It's essentially the same as other grocers- produce at the entry, meat in the back and frozen items along the far wall with dry goods and staples in the center. I visit every couple of months just to see what's new and seasonal. I've not tried the restaurants yet as they're generally pretty busy. But I have purchased bakery items and recommend everything. I think there's also a boba tea counter and the fact that I've not tried it yet blows my mind. Maybe next visit! The checkout has always been pretty fast, even on the busiest days. And there's almost always someone available around the store if you need assistance finding items.
