What an incredible experience Stat Task created for me! From the beginning to the end everything was planned precise and eloquently. I had asked the Stat Task team to help me plan and prepare my 30th Birthday party. Since my birthday fell on December 30th it was considered my "Golden Birthday" and New Years was right around the corner so I envisioned glitter and glamour and that is exactly what I got. They started off with a consultation appointment, getting all the basic details they needed to appropriately start planning. Questions consisting of; over all vision, location, price, guest count, food and beverage preference, decor preference, and so on. From there they took on the whole hassle of researching and planning while keeping me informed throughout the whole process. We met weekly going over the luxurious sites they had scouted and researched. They set up tour times for the venues I showed interest in. At the tours they kept me as the point of contact but along the way addressed import detailed questions that I would have not thought to bring up myself making the planning transparent and organized. I had also been set up a Pinterest page where I could post all my random ideas and creative visions for them to work off of. When it came down to the day I had been waiting for my expectations were exceeded immensely. With no efforts on my behalf I showed up to a room that was exactly as I had imagined. The decor was so elegant and detailed, the food was delicious, D.J was arranged with exactly my style, and everything was managed to the tee. Stat Task truly made my birthday and unforgettable experience that I will be forever grateful for. I couldn't imagine planning anything without their help In the future. This was by far money will spent. A little background on me: I work from home and thus have a home office despite rarely using it these days (working at coffee shops etc.). I'm historically a horrible paper and box hoarder and have never been able to organize myself in a way that I can maintain. I'm good at throwing some things out once a year but could never figure out a system to maintain order with my paperwork. I also save boxes for virtually everything I buy despite rarely reselling anything. I spoke with Eva by phone and told her that I needed help purchasing space efficient items to store and organize everything that i have. I committed to throwing out whatever necessary but the main thing was that i wanted a system. Eva showed up on day 1 and assessed the situation. She gave me a quote for the time and sent me a list of items she thought that I needed. She set up a store pickup cart at the Container Store and Staples' websites where I paid and she and Cynthia picked up all of the items. She was very mindful of cost and found very affordable items that left a small footprint. Nothing that was purchase was not used appropriately and the one item that was not useful was not billed for. I went above and beyond and purchased a premium filing cabinet (from Copenhagen Imports) to match the one I already had but this was on my own accord as they would have gladly and easily found something at a fair cost if I requested it. These ladies are AWESOME at what they do. By the time they left I felt lighter and I had a professional looking and space efficient home office with a place for everything. My savvy friend recommended StatTask to plan a big night out and they did a fantastic job. They handled the venue bookings, limo, photographer, hotel rooms for the out-of-towners, and even the decorations and supplies for the after party. Easy to work with during planning, stayed in budget, and very professional. Crazy story: the AC on our limo went out while we were eating, but we had a replacement waiting and stocked before anyone in the party knew what was going on!! Didn't miss a beat, and didn't have to sweat the details of my own party... literally :P My boss was so impressed with the shindig he's working on approvals to hire them for our next work party. read more

Stat task created a gorgeous environment for my son's engagement party! The theme was rustic and romantic. Natural fiber, cream cloths and burlap runners were placed down the center of long rectangular tables with benches for seating. Garlands of leaves and candles of varied heights and sizes, tapers and votives were placed along the center of the runners. The team also decorated the appetizer, dinner and dessert food stations. StatTask was professional, organized and efficient in both their set up and tear down. I will most definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them!! read more
