This is the absolute WORST body shop I've ever dealt with. I only went through them because they're…read morethe shop my insurance company works with. I would never in a million years ever recommend this repair shop to anyone EVER. First off, they are complete scam artists. I had a scratch on my passenger side door and they told me the car non-repairable- for a scratch on the door? Give me a break. I told them since they won't fix it I'll come pick up the car then, because I had just put new winter tires on the car and also had personal items in there, to which the replied that the car was in pieces and I'm not able to pick the car up to take it home. First of all, they never asked me permission to "take the car apart", which wasn't even necessary to begin with because the car wasn't even that damaged. Second of all, they wanted to charge ME to put the car back together if that's what I wanted. So I told them absolutely not! They have to assemble it together again for me at no charge, why are they even taking the door panels off in the first place? It doesn't take a genius to figure out the door needed to be replaced, you don't need to take the panels off to figure that out. Just replace the door! Idiots. Over the phone, the shop manager kept telling me what they were doing was "procedure", however I had to jump through hoops to get anyone from the shop to tell me exactly what was going on with the car. After a long battle and yelling at them over the phone, they said "out of good will", they'll assemble the car for me at no charge. Jeez. When I went to pick up my car, there we're 4 random bolts sitting in the console, the locks on the passenger side door didn't work and my headlight also didn't work. Not only did they not fix anything and quote the job way too high for no reason and had zero customer service, but these people are nothing but thieves, liars, and scammers, you cannot trust them! 0 stars!! Never again will I give these thugs my car for any assessments, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Abysmal. I have receipts for payment on items that clearly were never done. Parts provided but not…read moreused were never returned. Missing Safety Certificate, paid for and not provided, was repeatedly promised but never sent. After $14 000 paid, I had to take my car to a real mechanic to complete what should have been done and to repair damage done by Exotic. Another $5 000 later the car was on the road and safetied. There is a reason why Alex is the only employee shown. The others all left and filed workplace grievances.
