The associate was finished with the lady ahead of me and as she was about to assist me a Caucasian gentleman walked in and without saying a word to me to signaled to him to come ahead of me. I'm standing there in disbelief that I have been standing here waiting and this lady just disregard me and took a customer that just walked in. I said to her did I miss something I am standing here he just walked in, she did not respond to me but went to to back and got the gentleman that worked there he came out she said something to him in Spanish and he said it's because the other person only had item. Mindy you he did not Apologize either and was very rude. I said to him I don't care if I had 100 item and he had one I was standing there waiting and as he walked in she did not even have the common courtesy to say excuse me or anything. This UPS is one of the closer ones to me and I don't mind going to it because more times than not,…read morethe place is great. They do tend to be a little slow when it comes to trying to get the line down but I don't mind because they are doing their best. The location is always clean but I do think they can do a bit better when it comes to creating an area for a line. There were times where it seems everyone is in a clump that are waiting to be called and it does get very confusing. The staff is friendly and there have been times I see one or two of them juggling multiple guests because it is so busy and they don't want anyone waiting an insane amount of time. I also do wish there was more workers, there only seems to be one, maybe two, working at any given time so it does make the line and wait tend to get a bit longer. When I go it is only to ship out items I need returned or mailed so I have never had to buy anything when I stop in but the prices are reasonable for shipping, depending on what you need shipped and how heavy it may be!

I can not stress enough, if you are in need of a notary, call the number to this agency, ask for Michelle, and find comfort and ease in the fact that she is helping. Why you ask, let me share my experience. Last week I went out of town on a cruise, and I needed my passport. I did not have my passport, which I hadn't received from the passport agency. The night before I was to leave, I was frantic. I hadn't received anything back from the passport agency, and I was leaving the following afternoon. After getting ahold of Royal Caribbean I found out that all wasn't lost. If I wasn't stopping in Cuba, my license and birth certificate would suffice. Only problem, my birth certificate which was also with the passport agency. Yet again all wasn't lost, as I Royal Caribbean informed my that a notarized copy of my birth certificate would be acceptable. It just so happened, I had two photo copies of my birth certificate. I found all of this out Saturday around midnight. Sunday morning, 6 am, I started to make calls to Notaries (I know! So early on a Sunday, what a jerk I must be). At 8 o'clock, I received a call from Michelle, saying that she would be able to help me, but that I may need more than just a notarized copy of my birth certificate, but I may also need another document, and that she would do some research and call me back. About 5-10 min after we hung up, she called me back, let me know I needed the copy notarized and an Affidavit. She met me, close to my house, and I had everything I needed by 10am. She came prepared with everything I needed to board! Professional to a T, and was as concerned about my issue as I was. I was still nervous as I boarded that day, thinking this couldn't be it, and that I was going to be turned around and escorted out of the port. Not the case. Michelle was absolutely correct about everything she said I needed, and I enjoyed the first vacation I have had in about 10 years.

I am writing this review in the hopes to prevent this situation from happening to another family in…read morethe future. On 11/10/20 Kyle Russell from South Florida Mobile Notary Service, was sent to my apartment in order for us to sign the final papers for the home my husband and I just purchased. The utter disrespect my husband and I have received from this woman was truly disheartening. Originally, my husband had asked her to please come as early as possible today so we are able to complete the paperwork on time as I work from home and had to start at 11:30am est. Ms. Russell stated she was able to come at 11am. Ms. Russell arrived 10 minutes late to our apartment. Although I find punctuality to be of extreme importance, I do understand that there are some circumstances that may make a person late, so I chose to not address her lack of punctuality when she arrived. I proceeded to offer her a seat at our dining room table and informed her I would need to have my laptop out because I will be starting work soon at 11:30am est. Ms. Russell responded rudely and abruptly by saying, "Seriously? You should have told me to come earlier, I have been up since 6am." First and foremost, I do not need to know the time she has been up since. I am a Mom of 3 babies all under 2 years old. I have been up since 2am however Ms. Russell was not at my apartment today for the purpose of sharing what time we each woke up this morning. Ms. Russell then proceeded to tell me and I quote, "this is more important," when referring to her opinion (which was not asked for) regarding whether or not my career or signing the papers for the purchase of my new home had more importance. Again, this was a statement she decided to randomly provide without being asked to provide it. After her rude remarks, my husband had to finally ask her if we can please just start the signing process. Which I was fully able and capable of doing simultaneously while I worked. I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a stranger in my own home in my entire life. I am a registered nurse and my husband, a fireman working on the frontlines taking care of COVID patients. I have twin 8 month daughters, and a 19 month old son whom were all present during this incident. The lack of respect Ms. Russell has shown to us today truly ruined what should have been the most exciting moment for us. We were beyond thrilled and excited to finally sign the papers today for the purchase of our forever home, and this is what we had to endure? We paid $160 for Ms. Russell to step into our home and treat us so disrespectfully and as if we were burdening her in some way. It is not about the money for me, I am so disgusted with what occurred and I hope this letter can prevent this from happening to another family in the future. I would never recommend this notary service to anyone. I have already sent this to the title company as well as their numerous affiliates who use notary services regularly, and they will no longer be using your services.
