Really did not know where to start in the beginning. Went on a website and plug in all the shipping info... As I expected, many calls, texts, and emails came my way. Spoke to few people and Alex reached out to me from American Auto Transport. As I am super OCD about all the tiny details, I asked many questions and I often look for someone whom does not get bothered by my thousand questions. Alex was super helpful and his teammate James always very helpful as well. They got back to me quickly each time I reached out to them for answers. After moving few times including a semi cross country 2 years ago, I understand payment plans and such. So there was not many questions in that area. After all almost set and done, I finally got the info for my driver John. John is very professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me as well. Very friendly and took care of my car (pick up and drop off). My car arrived a day earlier than planned, which did not bother me since I have arrived CA on the previous day. I simply want to write a review for their excellent service and professionalism. I would highly recommend to hire them if you need to ship your car. There is never enough people who write good reviews nowadays. I have been in service industries over 20 years, positive feedback is so important. I appreciate so much for Alex, James, and John for making this move of my car so simple and smooth. (Plus, they were the one whom gave me the lowest quote to ship my car). Big thank you!!!

They told me that the refund was processed over 10 month ago. However, I have yet to receive it and the woman that handles the refunds keeps blocking every number that I call from.

I requested quotes from several moving companies, trying hard to get the best price because I am retired and living on a fixed income. In each case, I provided a detailed inventory/description of the contents of my 1600 square foot house, as well as photos of all the rooms with my furniture, obtained from the real estate listing. I got one quote for $12K and another for $10K. Safe Ship quoted $9K. Sounded good, so I put down a deposit (this was on a Friday), with the move planned four days later on a Tuesday. On Monday I get a call from a company representative requesting a walk-through of the house. Suddenly the quote BALLOONED TO $18K. I was told it was too late to cancel, as they required a 48 hour cancellation notice. I would otherwise FORFEIT MY DEPOSIT. At this stage I saw no choice but to move forward. In the end I left some of my furniture behind in a desperate attempt to lower the cost. They afterward REDUCED THE PRICE BY $100. Once the movers arrived in California, I received a phone call from a company representative stating that upon consulting MapQuest, they had determined they would not be able to deliver my furniture because the street was too narrow for their truck. They needed to reload onto a smaller truck and make multiple runs to the house. But I would need to pay AN ADDITIONAL $2000 or they could not deliver. No choice at this point. To put this in perspective, I have seen 18-wheelers navigate the street without issue, as well as weekly garbage and recycling trucks. Since I had yet to purchase a new home, the furniture was stored in my daughter's three car garage (with enough space remaining to park one car). The reason it took me until now, several months later, to write a review is that I was unable to unpack until recently after purchasing a home (having lost approximately $10K in purchasing power). Now that I have fully unpacked I find that a lot of my items are broken, including an antique vase. Worse yet, I had a large milk bottle that was filled with coins and paper money that my late husband had collected since childhood. Along with coins, there were several $5, $10 and $20 dollar bills. The bottle had been placed inside a dairy company milk bottle container, and had been transported many times over the past 60 years. The movers claimed that they dropped it and ended up putting the coins in bags. Of the paper money, only several $1 dollar and a couple of $5 bills remained. When I called the company to complain and seek redress, the representative I spoke to was rude and dismissive, even threatening to hang up if I didn't speak nicely to him. He took NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER. The entire BAIT AND SWITCH process along with the truly dishonest, unprofessional and sloppy experience was a nightmare. Save yourself the money and the aggravation and stay away from this business.

This isn't based on one interaction it's been multiple visits, and the energy is always the same: rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily demanding. On one occasion, I brought three Amazon returns inside a single box just to carry them. None of the items required packaging, but she immediately assumed there was only one item inside and kept repeating, "Put it back in the box." I politely explained that I had more items to remove, and that she could use the box if needed. Instead of listening, she continued to demand, "PUT IT BACK IN," in a tone that was completely uncalled for. Today was no better. I walked in to an empty store no greeting, no acknowledgment. She didn't address me until I said "hi," and even then, she ignored me for another minute. When I finally said I was there to return an Amazon package, she replied with, "I'll be with you in a moment," despite the store being completely empty. Her attitude is consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Customer service should never feel hostile, especially when the store isn't busy. Unfortunately, experiences like this are the norm here, not the exception.

    I dropped a Zeiss 24-70mm lens at Full Line Digital Supply on 4/29/2022 for estimate to repair…read moresince it was making a loud grinding noise when attached to the camera. A month later with no call from Full Line on the status of my repair, I called and spoke to Oliver who told me my lens was just picked up by the repair guy and he should have an estimate for me within a few days. Since I never heard from Full Line Digital Supply, I decided to drive there today 7/6/2022 to find out about my lens. A gentleman named Juan who was there told me Oliver "is no longer with us". He went on to say he shouldn't have said that because it implied Oliver was no longer alive. Since Juan could not locate the order in the computer, I proceeded to give him the invoice order number. From that moment on, he started rambling about the facts that he is trying to organize the company since many things were being done incorrectly. He then claimed he called me and left a message on my voicemail about my lens which was totally not true because he couldn't find any updates on my lens under my work invoice. He then texted the repair guy who told him there was nothing wrong with my lens. What got me more irritated was not the lack of communication by this company but the lack of professionalism displayed by Juan. He was dropping F bombs left and right while rambling on and on about them not reaching out about my lens and the company not doing things the right way. I had to tell Juan about the inappropriate use of his language and to know his clientele to which he responded he didn't find a problem with it and it was probably a "generation gap". At that moment, I asked him to give him my lens back since I no longer wanted to have any business to do with this company anymore. Juan came back with my lens unprotected, not even labeled and the lens cap missing. Keep in mind I dropped my lens in the box it was purchased with a protective cover. He also had my camera box (that I had to ask for) in a different drawer and I was surprised at this point it didn't go missing as my lens cap. I told Juan they needed to replace my lost lens cap. He asked me if I wanted to pick up everything together and I sarcastically responded no because I was afraid my lens would go missing as well by the time I come back to pick up the lens cap. I went home and connected the lens back to my camera and the grinding noise is still there...not surprised to say the least. I will never do business with this company again. I'm just grateful they didn't lose my $2000 camera when I had dropped it off to have the sensor cleaned. Video with grinding noise couldn't be uploaded. Too bad there's not an option for zero star.
