Instantly the warm feeling of a small family owned and operated business was evident. The door opened promptly at 8am. Two young girls were working the front counter (both gave me an inviting smile) and an older man was in the back assorting items. Most of these UPS Stores are privately owned franchises which if managed correctly can provide an influx of cash. The counter girl checked in my return packages and provided me with a tracking receipt. They offer all the packing supplies, printer services and private mailboxes. Never an issue with parking in this plaza even though it's surrounded by a few behemoth businesses. Two private up front posted UPS Reserved Parking spaces are provided for customers and are towing enforced - love it. read more

A very generic UPS store, not much to say about it aside from they are very reliable with packages that I have sent through them in the past at this location however the service every time I am here always makes me reconsider why I ever bother coming here in the first place. Getting my packages scanned and sent on their way is usually good but I remember one time I was holding the box waiting to be called up and the lady kept staring and said rudely, "well aren't you gonna put it on my scale so I can scan it?" I didn't know I was supposed to because she was typing on her computer and never looked up to acknowledge me. A generic store and one that I will avoid if I don't have to come to it because of the attitude from a couple of the people that work there. Aside from that, the location is clean and always stocked with packing products incase I need to cushion the stuff I am sending out. read more

This location is the closest to the house so I use it quite often for my Amazon returns. My home printer was out of ink so I called and asked how much to print the return label. They quoted $2.29 a page! Wow! Office Depot charged me $.22 to print my label and then I dropped it off at the UPS store. I'm all for independent franchises to make some money, but over $2 more?! Charge us $1 and you still make money. Seriously, that was ridiculous. Most of the time they are efficient. But the courtesy is lacking. There is no, "hello, how are you?" Or "how may I help you?" Or even a sincere "thank you, come back again...". I guess the days of real customer service is gone. I'll still use this store for my drop off because with the price of gas, I'm not driving all over for my returns. But the pricing and the service is not why I go. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in to get a document notarized that required 8 stamps. The notary charged $10 per stamp -- $80 total -- and kept stopping to help other customers in between, dragging out the process unnecessarily. To make it worse, the manager (tall foreign guy) falsely claimed that $10 per signature was "the law." That's completely untrue -- $10 is only the maximum allowed fee in most states, not a mandatory rate. This store chose to charge the maximum and misrepresented it as legally required. This is a deceptive and dishonest business practice. The experience showed a clear lack of integrity and respect for customers. Go anywhere else -- UPS, FedEx, or otherwise -- for your needs. My guess is that this level of deception and corner-cutting applies across their services, all to make a dollar at the expense of honesty and customer trust. Would never go back. read more

I've been coming to this location for a few years for my Amazon returns. It's a fairly busy store, however, there's always a minimal wait which I appreciate. They also offer notary services at $10 per signature. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's located in the Publix plaza in between Cosmo prof and the Dollar tree. read more

I've used this store occasionally and always had positive experiences-until my most recent visit. I encountered an employee whose conduct was completely unprofessional and unnecessarily escalated a simple interaction. I had asked for an envelope several times, received no verbal response, and the situation devolved into confusion. When my document slid off the scale by accident, the employee reacted as though I had done something intentionally aggressive, which I absolutely had not. Another staff member intervened and handled the transaction with kindness, was very polite and professional. I thanked him and appreciated his help. Unfortunately, the initial employee later followed me outside the store and behaved in a way I felt was intimidating and inappropriate while on duty. I have filed a formal complaint with UPS corporate and the local police department because of the seriousness of the incident. This was an isolated but deeply unsettling encounter at a location that has otherwise always been courteous and efficient. I hope UPS reviews this incident carefully and ensures that all employees receive the proper professionalism training necessary to prevent anything like this from happening again. read more

The service was horrible I was waiting for 15 mins in the line while only one person was helping another lady and I was next.. and the other employee just looks at me and keeps fixing boxes with no acknowledgement and sense of urgency. read more

If you do not mind behind harassed, don't read below. Changed to 2 stars because the owner apologized** READ THE BAD REVIEWS AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION!! I chose this UPS store as a pickup location for a Best Buy item I purchased. UPS notified me that it was signed for and received by a staff member at this location, Drew. I went to pick it up and the boy working informed me he lost it and has no idea where it went. He asked me to email my info and he will look at the cameras to see when it was taken in and get back to me. I emailed them about 30 mins after that interaction with my info as requested. The next day still no response so I called and he said he can't look at the cameras the owner has to and the owner is in Europe so I have to wait until he gets back. I asked him what else they can do because this is money lost and I need to get my item. He proceeded to talk over me and told me he is too busy for this and has customers in the store, while I was speaking he spoke over me "that's great ma'am have a great day" and hung up?! I called UPS directly and they told me that as the access point recipient, the UPS store can call them to notify them of a lost package and there is a process that they have in place to find it. I called the kid at the store back and told him this and he told me that he was refusing to file a claim because he's waiting for the owner to get back next week. I told him I don't need cameras just for him to call ups and report it lost. He then continued to speak extremely rude to me told me he was not helping me out at all and spoke over me and then hung up on me. I emailed their customer service email that goes directly to the store and this kid is the one that responded to It, telling me he recorded me over the phone! Emailing them does no good because this kid will just answer it and delete it. *EDIT now I know this to be true because the owner called me back and never saw that email, I had to send it to a special email for him to view* Fast forward a few days later they magically found my package and asked me to pick it up but I am now out of town so I had my husband go in there to pick up the package for me. UPS added his name to the pick up and this kid in the store refused to give it to my husband. I called the store to ask why he can't give it to my husband he told me he received my emails and my phone calls and pretty much is refusing to comply because I was rude. I don't know who raises these people or teaches them, manners, morals, or ethics, but you do not speak to customers the way that these people in this store speak to their customers. Do yourself a favor And go somewhere else. They tamper with packages they lose things they don't take accountability for their actions and then they treat you like garbage when it's their fault. read more

I went to this UPS store and one thing I want to say is that customer service could be better. Also I feel like I was tricked the employee that helped me today didn't inform me that each email I sent him was going to be two dollars. So I ended up spending six dollars to print out three papers absolutely ridiculous. When my first email didn't send he told me to send another one like it wasn't gonna be a big deal, I've never heard of any postal office charging people to send email. This review is for the UPS store at 8958 West State Road 84. I have a box there. They received a parcel for me on 12-5-2022. They did not notify me until 7-24-2023. Almost 8 months later. It was a Christmas gift. Pershible product. When I contacted them the franchise owners response was to say. So What! At least we notified you. I was stunned. Don't use this location. I have rented a box at this location for 13 years. Not anymore. This is not a review of UPS Stores just this location and their horrible ownership. I have moved my box to a new UPS store location. I can only think about what other mail and packages they have not properly put in their customers PO boxes. Use this location at your own peril. read more

Im disabled, I came to this Ups Store 3 weeks ago an the employee Ms.Tess is an Angel sent from god. The first time I came to do a Amazon drop off an it took me almost 20-30 minutes to get out my car an Ms.Tess notice me an she told me when I come to the store park an she will come to the car an get my package an bring back my receipt so I won't have to get out the car. I have shipped two packages from this store and both packages were lost. One was a package I sent with one day express shipping that cost a ton and had sensitive paperwork in it. Terrible customer service!!! The woman had been working alone when I went in and she was on a personal phone call, speaking another language. I was not acknowledged for a few minutes and when I explained I needed to email her a pre paid label to print she seemed puzzled. Thankfully a UPS Driver was there and came from the back room to give me a card with the address to email the label. She's is rude and inconsiderate, complete change from how she used to be. I will never come here again for as long as I live. Went there to drop off an Amazon order. Lady at counter rolled her eyes when she saw the Amazon label. Asked her for one piece of tape to secure package. THEY CHARGE FOR TAPE. Total came to $3.50. Paid with credit card and was charged $5.00 without my consent due to cc minimum. This is clearly a struggling franchisee and I wouldn't be surprised if they are closed in the next 9 months. read more
