    Amazing customer service! Beautiful store! Friendly staff! Speedy service! I drop my Amazon packages off often and they always get sent out same day or next day!! This is my go to UPS store! I live next to the Sawgrass location, but I don't mind driving a couple more miles to a store that is efficient with picking up and dropping off packages! The owner is so welcoming! And this store is elevated above all the others in the area! Recommend this store 100%!!!

    Ups store was close to me. Easy to get in and out parking wise. I walked in without an appointment and got serviced right away.

    More convenient than Central Park Postal for shipping needs. Open 7 days a week hours are great. Staff is awesome!

When I walked in there was one lady ahead of me that was being served. At the time none else was in the store. I went to the counter, had my envelopes ready with my Amazon label on my phone waiting to be served. The associate was finished with the lady ahead of me and as she was about to assist me a Caucasian gentleman walked in and without saying a word to me to signaled to him to come ahead of me. I'm standing there in disbelief that I have been standing here waiting and this lady just disregard me and took a customer that just walked in. I said to her did I miss something I am standing here he just walked in, she did not respond to me but went to to back and got the gentleman that worked there he came out she said something to him in Spanish and he said it's because the other person only had item. Mindy you he did not Apologize either and was very rude. I said to him I don't care if I had 100 item and he had one I was standing there waiting and as he walked in she did not even have the common courtesy to say excuse me or anything. O told him that I have been coming there for quite sometime and I have stood in line with just one it3m and not once did they assist me ahead of time additional lu there was no line the gentleman literally walked in while I was waiting..I pointed put that it was not lost on me that it was white gentleman that walked and without and regard she made him come head of me. The gentleman became belligerent that he is tired of "you people" saying everything is racist. Mind you I didn't not call him a racist bit again it is not lost on me the optics when as black person standing waiting to be served and was dismissed when a white person walked in. At no point no one apologized the gentleman was not there when it occurred he was I tha back and came out after she called him and all he did was make excused saying sometimes they will take someone woth one package ahead of the other person again i was standing there no one else heard or behind me when the man walked in and wothout a word to me she told him to come over and assisted him first. I mentioned that it wasn't lost on me that I, a Black customer who had been waiting, was bypassed when a white customer walked in and was immediately helped. The employee became defensive and said he was tired of "you people" saying everything is racist. For the record, I never called him a racist, pointed out how the situation appeared. At no point did anyone apologize. The employee who spoke to me wasn't even present when the incident happened he had been in the back and only came out after she called him. Instead of addressing the situation respectfully, he just made excuses. complete lack of professionalism and respect and both associates need to do better

    I sent a package and cost me well over $150.00 and was promised 3-5 days delivery it's been weeks…read moreand it never got there. They don't answer their phone when you call either. So there is no way to claim. On top of it they were rude and unhelpful when I had to seek shelter inside their store when one of their Amazon and USPS delivery people gaslighted me yelling at me when I asked the USPS driver to please move her (illegally parked) white unmarked vehicle from behind my parked car so I could get out. Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes
