Terrible customer service. No body answers the phone. Went and dropped off a package to be overnighted, and spent $143..24 hours later and the package has not even left the location yet. Will be requesting a refund, and since no one answers the phone at this location i am sure it will be a lengthy process. Go elsewhere to get important packages overnighted. read more

Visited the UPS store to send packages back without a box and only scanning. It was quick easy and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product and services . However, a couple of times that I have visited before closing the system was down and sometimes they close earlier than what's on the timeframe, so just be wary of that it's happened to me on a few occasions other than that the overall experience was very good. Five. Stars for the employees who are very helpful at this location. read more

Great UPS store. Its located on the northwest side of Broward Blvd. & Nob Hill Rd. It's bright, clean, well organized and stocked. The service has always been friendly and helpful. Shipping from this store has always been a breeze. Getting a parking spot can take a minute as it is on the small side so keep that in mind. read more

Absolutely incredible. I live close by. I have come here for years. I have given lots of business. Mostly Amazon returns but also personal items to ship. I had an Amazon package to ship today and I forgot to print it out. I wanted to print it out in the store, which is something that I have done on occasion. The worker Wanted to charge $2.25 or something close to that to print one page. He refused to make an exception. I told him that he would lose a customer over this and he was OK with that. What a fool. I will certainly give the store less business, and to the extent that I Can go to another UPS store I will. I will certainly badmouth this store to all my friends. It's hard to believe that the owner would have made such a foolish decision, but the owner was not present, and the young worker was just a fool. As an aside $2.25 to print one page in black-and-white is certainly a rip off anyway. Stay away from this place. read more

DO NOT VISIT this store. The customer service is horrific. I recently paid $88 to send a very important package overnight. It arrived 4 days late. Although it was not the fault of the store, UPS requires that they facilitate the refund. I have called 6 times, left numerous messages and they do not return calls. The owner is non existent and the manager is never in. The employees have tried to help but they do not know how. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want any kind of service. read more

I can't believe what just happened, was in the store waiting patiently, received a call on my cell. When it was finally my turn, the man behind the counter Ralfi, skipped me and went to a guy that just walked in. (Maybe his friend) but that took an additional 10 minutes to ring him up. I went to The UPS STORE at 151 Nob Hill Rd in Plantation, 33324. I was having a problem with my Amazon return, the owner stopped what he was doing and walked me thru what I was having a problem with. He is a kind, professional person and is always friendly to talk with. Even though the return for Amazon product was supposed to go back another store. He was very willing to help me. I've been going to this UPS store for awhile because it's very close to where I live and it's also right next to the CVS where I pickup my medication. They are always super friendly, the place is clean and organized, and the process is always smooth, quick, and easy. I drop off amazon returns here and once I had a problem where it wasn't scanning properly but it turned out to be a problem on Amazon's end. They were very patient and helped me to sort it out so I was still able to get the package sent out the same day. I love this store and won't go to any other UPS store. The people are great and I have not had a single bad experience here. It's always fast and easy and I'm able to get in and out with no issues. I appreciate that. There is minimal parking there but I've never had a problem finding a spot myself. Maybe because I've always gone towards the end of the day or times when then aren't too busy. I've never had to wait long at all. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Thanks for the great service. read more

I was in there to box and ship something simple. I watched the owner help a very confused elderly lady trying to return something back to the seller. He was unbelievably helpful and patient with her. He may qualify as the nicest guy behind a counter I've ever seen. My transaction went quickly and I'll be back next time I have to ship something. read more

The owner of this location, Raffi, is extremely helpful and friendly. The excellent service provided by his store increased the efficiency of my business dramatically. I get an email notification within minutes of the arrival of the package. He goes above and beyond to help arrange pick up and deliveries during my busy schedule. They provide packing services, so I always take the bare item and he ll make sure it is safe for the transit. He literally sees my car pull into the parking lot and he is getting the correspondence ready before I even walk in. Raffi is very efficient and he knows what it takes to run a business and he shows it with professionalism and great service to every client. I can't thank him enough! read more
