Man i wish i would have read the reviews first! Talk about bait and switch, i was quoted 500 to 600 for a deep clean of a 4000sq 5 bedroom house. And she even told me it would be cheaper because 3 bedrooms and the full basement included in the sqft was not being touched. When Craig came, he seemed nice enough. Told me he'd be doing it hourly with 2 other girls and told me about 540...thats fine, no issues...fast forward, they took 4hrs to clean 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a hall way on second floor. Nothing even touched on 1st. He extened the time, but that cost more and after a tolal of 5 hours and $840 the upstairs looks great but the down stairs was barley touched, your talking they did the stove and the sink and i had to ask for them to mop, after i had vacuumed and picked up the whole 1st floor myself. Craig was very nice and professional until I called back with a problem with my rug, it had dark stripes going through the entire rug! I had an appointment for him to fix it and he was a no show I called multiple times and left a few messages no response!!!! $180 for 2 carpets that look worse! read more

Craig from Stay Clean Long Island was the worst. He took close to Two Hours just in cleaning the bathroom. Two people couldn't even come close to finishing the job. They left half my 700 sq foot house untouched. Then I find out after they left there is damage done to the Shower Stall in my bathroom. read more

Craig is an amazing house cleaner! He was able to come deep clean my kitchen at almost last minute notice. He is easy to reach and most importantly always on time. I have used him for several jobs now and have always been very satisfied with his work. I have OCD and his cleanliness is enough to satisfy even my very high standards. All of the products he uses are good and he will even use your personal  preference product if asked. Before finding him I had an extremely difficult time trying to find someone to clean my house, let alone anyone that would return a phone call, so Craig is a gem. I wouldn't use anyone else to clean my house. He's also skilled in floor and carpet cleaning. He travels throughout Long Island and always answers his phone promptly. He's the best. read more

Craig seemed professional at first. He did a pretty good job and was very pleasant to do business with. After using him a couple of times, and after we stopped using our previous house cleaners, he just never showed up to our biweekly appointment. We called, emailed, and texted him... then nothing but crickets, we were ghosted!!! We never heard from him again. That's where the professionalism ended. If he didn't like us or didn't want to clean our house anymore, that's ok, just let us know. Don't be a coward about it... It's bad form and bad business. So to my consumer friends out there - Buyer Beware!
